So at the last minute with pain shooting up my face I had to find somewhere else to go. I needed a extraction for a fully erupted wisdom tooth. Little did I know that would be complicated enough without the short notice. This place got me in quickly. Once there the dental tech was a beautiful lady named Angel. She was very gentle and respectful. She knew right off what needed to be done and lost no time getting everything ready for the dentist. The dentist was AMAZING! Wow did he know what he was doing. This tooth had me taking 20 ibuprofens a day. So I was in a lot of pain. I didn't feel anything when he took my tooth out. Angel had to tell me it was all done. Omg that was the best dental experience ever in my life! And their x-rays are $40.

These guys are amazing!…read more We're fairly new to Wichita. At 10:30 on a Thursday night, I cracked a crown. I was freaking out! Most dentist offices aren't open on Friday. I was immense pain and stressed about not getting in somewhere until Monday. I was also stressing the 1-2 weeks of dealing with a temporary. To make matters worse, my 3 kids were off school for conferences and I don't know anyone to watch them. I called WFD at 7:30 on Friday morning. They told me to get there as fast as I can and they'd help. I walked in with my 3 rowdy boys and they fit me right in. I was shocked to find out they have the technology to make the replacement crown in the office. They replaced my crown within 3 hours and helped entertain my kids. I'm sure they were a bit annoyed with the kids, but they never made me feel that way.

Hard to understand why they insist on payment before you're allowed in a chair, but if they owe you money it takes "4-8 weeks " for a refund. Avoid these people

Although the quality of the work is excellent, their business practices lack ethics. Being the financially responsible party, I expected a COMPLETE itemized statement of possible costs to complete the process. The doctor, and office manager knew full well that she had extensive bone loss in her lower jaw, but not once did anyone tell us the possibility of having to remake the lower denture to complete the process!!! I did my financial planning based on the information the office manager, Cindee provided. Kansas Perio did the implants and grafting in her lower jaw. It wasn't until all this work was completed that we were told a new lower denture needed to be done. I was expecting to pay the last 5,900 dollars that Cindee originally provided to finish the process. Now that has ballooned to $8,439!! To me, this is unacceptable but I guess that's how Auburn Dental wants to handle patients. Cindee's explanation to me for not being told by her, or the doctor, of the possibility of this extra cost, as they don't want to scare off patients from getting dentures done!!! Auburn Dental has all these great reviews, but if you have a more complicated case watch out!! To me, it was extremely clear now that it was probably better than an eighty percent chance of needing the lower remade because of all the grafting and I should have been told!!!

But anything outside of the semi-annual cleaning sends me into a fit of anxiety. I started coming to Frankenbery Johnson over ten years ago. My son and I both come to this clinic. My son is on the autism spectrum and has a hard time with new sensations or noises. Our dental hygienist, Lisa, is fantastic. She explains everything to him before she does it and allows him to feel each machine with his fingers while it's making a noise so that he knows what to expect. Dr. Rohr is probably the best dentist I've had in my entire life. She's patient with both me and my son and seems to remember personal details. At one point I had a reaction to the medication injected into my gums to numb me and she knew exactly what the problem was and talked me down. I never felt a thing after that. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

They've got a vast waiting room with water bottles and coffee free to you while you wait but my wait to be honest have never been long enough for me to actually enjoy those amenities. After you're done with the visit help yourself to some free cookies which I think is a great touch. My little brother used to hate the dentist when he was younger but here, he hates it a little less cos there's cookies.
