If you have the ability to work on your bike from home, work on your bike from home. Took my e-bike in for a brake job. Came back the next day and it was soaking wet in the rain for hours. Battery, chains, motor, brakes, digital display, leather seat. Shop showed 0 concern. On top of that the gentleman who worked on my bike couldn't recall if he actually bled my brakes or not. Brakes still screech and sound rough when riding. On top of that these folks couldn't install pegs right. Didn't bother to look at the directions, install them properly, or even give me back the hardware that came with the pegs I bought. Honestly a shame and pretty embarrassing writing this on a local place, was really looking forward to doing business here. I hate to leave a bad review but I'd regret it if I wasn't helping someone. read more

I will tell you, these guys are awesome. I've taken my son's bike here for tire repairs because he can't seem to stop picking up thorns and nails on the road. This time was extra special. I went to see if there was a way to get the bike to the shop because it won't fit in my car. Tina immediately said, "I will pick it up for you on my way in tomorrow." Had purchased a carbon frame road bike however the previous owner seized the seat post but I thought what the heck let's give it a try and I'm glad I did. Fast friendly and reasonable prices given the fact that all the bike shops seem short handed on supplies - I even call in advance to see if bike shops have the bike chain or brake pads. This shop container 4 mechanics wrenching away on bmx, SE fat tires, and now my gravel bike. In and out in under 30 minutes-- Wowie. I'll be back! Small but mighty store.
