I came in for a sports coat... cuz why not? I ended up buying a coat and a suit... cuz why not? Maybe because I was the only customer in the shop at that time but I got very personal and attentive assistance. They had a variety of suits in different styles and designs to fit any budget. I really like slim fit suits because it's way easier to buy one of those to look good, than hitting the gym and eating right every day. They didn't have my first choice of coat in my size but I was able to get satisfactory alternative, so I'm happy. read more

I recently was in a time crunch to purchase some suits due to starting a new job. I ended up being fitted for three (3) new suits and was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes, and purchased a few additional items due to exceptional and professional service from Ken. It was by far the quickest and best suit shopping experience I've ever had. And even though my suits needed to be tailored/altered, they were ready in 48 hours. I experienced good service buying three suits. All looked nice when I picked them up, but the durability leaves a lot to be desired. After two or three wearings of each suit, all have problems. Two have buttons that have fallen off, and on one suit the cloth is falling apart at the seams. For what I paid, I should have expected this, but it's still disappointing. read more

Am in the market for a suit, saw the positive yelp reviews, so I decided to check it out. Trip was a complete waste of time. Suit selection and quality were poor. Buttons look horrible on most of the jackets. The sales guy asked me if I needed help, I replied, "I'm not sure what size I am". He was shocked to hear me say that, and didn't know how to respond, so he repeated what I said, but with some sorta tone... i responded, well, you asked if I needed help. He was silent. (I actually know what size I am, but wanted to gauge his knowledge). Anyway, after finding something somewhat decent, I tried it on, the jackets have huge shoulder pads, and feel very heavy. The suit felt horrible, it binded, and offered no freedom to move my arms. I put the jacket back up and left. read more

This place has customer service down to a science. I walked in and was greeted by Ken. I told him what I was looking for and he found the perfect suit after I tried on two. Even after being measured for alterations, I was in and out in 15 minutes flat. He even threw in a free pair of socks for being a first timer customer. This Store is NOT CLOSED...I am not sure why Yelp says it's closed when its not. I went there 3 days ago and baught 3 suits with 3 shirts 3 ties 3 belts 3 socks and 3 hankerchiefs all for $299. They even have a tailor in the store and he did a great job in tapering my suits. Its a great store with great service and great selection. They have suits from $99 to $500. Very friendly people. I heard about this place from colleagues, of which they all spoke very highly of its quality suits, its very and professional sales team, yet I was still skeptical being a "outlet". From the time I entered the store, I was overwhelmed by the large selection of suits, shirt and ties. All the merchandise was keenly selected to attract the upper class men's clothes buyer. I was greeted by Ken, who I provided my size and price point parameters with, Ken quickly identified a generous amount of potential suits that would be suitable(no pun intended) for my purpose. I tried them on and was assured the selected suits would pop during my client C(CEO, CIO) level presentation. I live in northern California, but I would highly recommend this store whenever your in the need of high quality men's suits, trousers, sport jackets, ties and accessories. Went for the first time this afternoon. Was greeted by Amy who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable about their suits. Amy sized me up and was spot on the first try. Assisted me to choose multiple suits and was very helpful with selecting the right color ties. I firmly believe without Amy my experience would have been much different. But the entire staff seemed helpful and friendly nonetheless. Suits had to be ordered in the colors I wanted, but Amy took measurements and is having them tailored to fit to be ready in less than a week. read more

I was shopping around for suits to wear for work. I heard about the Men's Suit Outlet. I went there on a Sunday, I was warmly greeted by Amy. She showed me all the styles of suits available for my size. M.S.O has a large variety of selections to chose from. Amy helped me pick 3 nice suits that didn't require too much alteration, by the way, they have an in store tailor. After I chose the suits, Amy helped me put together the shirt and tie combinations. I felt like I had my own personal custom tailor. I got 3 shirts, ties, belts, socks and they're all good quality. The price was also very reasonable. I was done in less than an hour. Amy was at the store, greeted me with a smile, was very pleasant and courteous. I needed a suit and had limited time due to the parking restrictions plus, I hate buying clothes. She made it a very pleasant experience and was conscious of the price range I was interested in. Also, she gave me her full attention as she provided several options of suits and styles. I was SO HAPPY with the service I received here. I worked with Caroline, one of the owners. She was wonderful. I needed a suit for my son for his wedding. I told her my price range and she worked with me and found a beautiful suit which was perfect for my son. We had the jacket slightly altered for a custom fit, but it needed a little "tweaking." I decided to iron the suit to see if that would help and - DISASTER - I melted the inner lining. My fault entirely. I took it back to see if the lining could be replaced at my expense as there was nothing wrong with the actual suit. I didn't want my son's wedding suit to be damaged. When she saw that it could not be fixed properly, knowing how important it was to me that he have as beautiful a suit as possible for such an important day, she decided to completely replace the jacket for me - no extra charge - so that he could have his perfect wedding suit. One seldom sees this kind of amazing customer service - or generousity - any more. I can't say enough good things about them. I was in desperate need of a last minute suit for an upcoming work function and Ken at Men's Suit Outlet delivered, literally. I needed this suit the next day and Ken was going to try his best to make it happen. In fact, instead of having it ready by 3pm the next day he was going to have it by 10am the next day. I was so excited that he could get this done for me. I went to dinner in the same area and received a random phone call (which I never answer) but luckily I did because it was Ken. He somehow had my suit ready for pickup that night but I wasn't able to get it because I was sitting down for my mother in law's birthday dinner. Ken is so great that he offered to bring it to me so I would not have to come back the next day to pick it up.
