It worked great but one day one of the straps came completely loose during my drive. I bought the rack into the store to have the strap reassembled properly to avoid that again. I believe the strap came loose from the fixed end not the adjustable end. The first thing the young salesperson says is I have never seen this bike rack before. Immediately I lost confidence. They only a relatively few types of different products and I got a very standard bike rack from their top brand. It seems like they don't know their product well and are not very useful once the purchase is complete. To be fair that salesman wanted to search Google for advice, but that's not very insightful nor the reason I went back to the store. Next time, I'll just use Amazon.

I came with my partner after spending the day at the outlets near Palm Springs. We arrived pretty close to closing, and even then, it was such an amazing experience. I finally got the Bass Pro hats I've been dreaming about, and honestly, this is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in. They literally have everything for the outdoors; fishing, camping, road trips, hiking... if you need it, they probably have it. They even sell boats! There was a shooting range, archery equipment, grills, snacks, a restaurant, sweets, and so much more. I could have spent hours exploring. And the prices?! An absolute STEAL!! I was shocked seeing hats for $5.99 and $9.99. How?! We also grabbed their BBQ chips, and they were chef's kiss. The employees were very friendly. The cashier who helped us was incredibly kind. She did spend quite a while helping the customer in front of us, and my partner and I were joking that it looked like love at first sight between them. It made for a funny moment while we waited. One important heads-up: Apple Pay is currently not working. When we visited on July 3, 2026, the cashier told us it might not be fixed for a few months. If you usually rely on Apple Pay, I'd recommend calling ahead or bringing a physical credit or debit card just in case. Overall, I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to come back.
