My son had prom and we decided to come here. First this place is in a shopping center so plenty of parking. When we went a young girl walked us step by step and measured my son. She gave great directions. They sent me an email of when the order was ready. I personally loved how convenient it is to get everything from one place. This is a stressful time so to get everything from one place helped to ease the day. The suit looked perfect and my son loved it. We dropped off the suit the next day. It was such a seamless process. It was $250 but for me it was definitely worth the cost of running around looking for everything. We had a great experience. read more

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. My son, who's a senior in high school, told me about his homecoming dance 3 days before the date ‍. We had one non-school day to get him something semi-formal to wear in time for the event. I remembered seeing this store as I drove through the city and took note of it knowing that I might need it in the future for my hubby or son. Therefore, I yelped it to see what they had to offer and saw mixed reviews. The mixed reviews were a little disheartening as I didn't have many other options to get him anything to wear in such a short notice. Nonetheless, I decided to check it out in person anyway. I am so happy that I did! When we first walked in I immediately approached the first employee we saw - Bill - to assist us, as I had no idea where to find the style we were looking for. Bill assisted us without hesitation and directed us to our style of choice. He measured my son and showed us a variety of other options to complement the outfit of choice. Once we decided on what we wanted to buy, Bill sent my son's pants to the back to be tailored to fit him better. It was such an amazing experience. My son, who has some social anxiety, was able to relax and get through the process comfortably. Bill was soooo helpful! He's a great stylist with exceptional customer service skills. I had a very unpleasant experience due to one of the staff's rude behavior.Their attitude was not only unhelpful but also quite condescending. We were down to the last minute and needed something in less than 1 day! The saleswoman, Chitwan, was Amazing! Not only was she incredibly kind and calmed my nerves but she was very knowledgeable. She helped us pick out exactly what we needed in the style we were looking for. She was an expert in helping my husband pick out his entire look from head to toe. She let us know about the specials they had and helped us save money too! The suit needed some minor alterations and they were able to do it in the store on the same day in less than 30 minutes. We walked out with everything we needed and no worries. My husband looked amazing for their special day and the happy couple were very happy with everything. My husband looks so handsome in his suit that I'm finding excuses for us to go places just so he can wear it. If it wasn't for her wonderful service I don't know what we would have done. Not sure why this store has a bad overall review score, I had a great experience. I'm not too familiar with suits but I needed one for a special event. When I walked in clueless, a friendly girl named Dakota walked up to me and immediately helped me. She asked my preferences, price range, and all those helpful questions. Showcased a coat and pants matching my answers. Then I was measured for some alterations for my pants and coat by this nice tailor (whose name I didn't catch). Then paid and went on my way. They did all this service under ~10 minutes. Blown away by experience. I would come back here again and recommend to friends! Went into men's warehouse with high expectations to find the perfect tux for our wedding. The lady (middle eastern women) who was at the front didn't even greet us when we walked in, she stayed on her phone texting away until I approached her. I simply asked if they carried a specific color of and she responded "NO" I then pointed at mannequin who was wearing one & she rudely responded "that's a suit not a tux and we don't have it". I asked her to please show me that selection and she proceeded to tell me "I don't have it we don't have it anywhere it's out" I then kindly asked for her advice on where to find it and she again rudely responded "your looking to late and it's hard to find". My fiancé then asked about suspenders and she said "no we don't have it" we immediately walked out. I was shocked and she made this part of the wedding experience a nightmare and very sad. She took my 16 year olds contact info, which was kinda weird. Turns out the date that was inputted was for November even tho it was for this Saturday! By the time of pick up a week later, my husband was able to pick up his tuxedo but the manager had canceled my father's in law order 2 days after they placed it, and no body had called to canceled the order and the only explanation that they gave him was the the manager had canceled the order only with 2 days to go for the wedding. I would've given zero stars based on our first interaction. We arrived to get fitted for a tux for prom for my son. Nobody greeted us or really explained how anything worked. No pricing was ever discussed. We felt a bit lost. The girl helping us (African American with long braids, some were blonde) was totally rude and not engaged. She was not helpful, didn't explain anything, just started asking about colors and took measurements. Seemed annoyed the whole time. She signed us up for rewards and told me to sign on the screen and I didn't know what I was signing. Didn't show us what the tie would look like, heels down of items or cost etc. We could tell she just didn't want to be there. Me and my son left feeling very discounted and angry. The saving grace was today, pick up day. It seemed like the owners or higher ups were there. Everyone was friendly, including the girl who was previously so rude. We were greeted right away, staff was very attentive and helpful. They even offered to pack up my son's tux after her tried it on. A complete 180 from the first visit. Thankfully the tux was perfect and all was well. But if not for today's experience, I would've def gave 1 star. read more

The absolute worst customer service and experience ever! Purchased a suit came in to pick it up and to have alterations done. Waited 15 mins in line. Fine! Worker passed us went to the person behind us and asked them how they could help them. Even the person said I believe they are first pointing at us. We finally get helped told we'd be called when ready. 3 1/2 weeks go by I call to ask and before I can even say what I'm calling for I was cut off very rudely saying we just got a shipment. If I could do 0 stars I would! I got married on June 16th. We had ordered Blush ties for all of the guys and when the day of the wedding came, ALL of the guys except two of them had the WRONG color! Two of the guys had the correct Blush and the other 6 had a bubble gum pink! Also, on one of the the guys vest, two or the buttons fell off and his wife had to sew them back on right before the ceremony began! You would think this place would check their orders to make sure everything matched what the bride and groom picked out!! I have not had a chance to go in there to talk to them, but my mother did, and the lady working there was beyond rude to my mom! And they tried to make it our fault by saying the guys should have checked to make sure everything was correct! How in the heck are the guys supposed to know what the bride and groom picked for them??? That's YOUR responsibility to make sure what the bride and groom picked is what was ordered and what was received!!!! With all that, I absolutely cannot WAIT to go talk to the manager there! I don't normally complain, but I was shocked by the treatment we received at this store in Brentwood, CA. We went in looking for an all black, fitted suit. We had heard great things about the company and we were excited to experience purchasing a suit there. However, the experience we had left us feeling cheap and unimportant. The employee who assisted us was unfriendly and uneager to help us. I have never felt so quickly judged in my entire life. I truly feel that she assumed we would not be making a large purchase and did not want to put any effort into helping us. She automatically assumed that we only wanted clearance items. She proceeded to give us a grey suit and insist it be tried on "in case we like it". She insisted on marking the pants for tailoring even when we again requested a black suit. She told us that the store didn't have any black suits. This is completely untrue. A simple glance around the site demonstrated countless suits in various styles that were all black. She continued to insist on us purchasing this all grey suit. We requested a black suit again and she told us it would be "out of our price range". We explained to her that we were not so much worried about the price tag, but wanted to purchase something we truly wanted. She left and returned with brown shoes! At this point, we were beyond frustrated as we had already requested a black suit several times. I felt like she was completely ignoring everything we said. We knew what we wanted and we were willing to spend a good deal of money on it. Had the experience been better, we would have been return costumers. Unfortunately, due to the mistreatment we received we will never return to these stores. I have never reviewed a store in my entire life. Came here for all the suits in my wedding and through every incorrect fit and missing button they tried to tell us the fit was good, it looked great and that it was ready to go. They had to process a rush order on the father of the bride's suit and tried to make him pay for it even though he ordered his suit over a month before the wedding. I will be never go here again. I will recommend to every person that they go anywhere else. For these prices on rentals you would think that they would want you to look good when you leave their doors. The Representative checked the fit on me and says all good. Day of the wedding was yesterday. Tux looked great on me, as long as I just stood there with no movement at all!!! Every slightest bend the adjustable tighteners would free themselves very easily. ANY slight raising of the arms and the shirt would untuck itself. Came in for a suit and was met by Kambiz Iranmahd the store manager of the location. I requested to see the suits that were advertised on sale. He measured me and proceeded to show me the selection. I used to shop at this location but have built a good relationship with JOS A BANK due to their seamstress Josephine's ability to tailor my suits in a timely manner. So I have not been back in here for quite sometime. I told Kambiz that since they have closed down I'm looking to build a relationship with him and his staff. We picked out a great fitting navy suit by Calvin Klein and 3 dress shirts that were on sale for 3 for $99.99 I mentioned to Kambiz that I fluctuate in weight due to body building and he assured me that he will accommodate the tailoring to my needs. Today was a great experience with Kambiz. No sales pressure and was very helpful. This visit could have resulted in a single $250 transaction versus several purchases in the future if the experience was not right. Thank you for the service Kambiz. read more

Nearly ruined my wedding. Not only was I fitted months earlier, but don't get my items until 2 days prior to the event. The pants were ridiculously too big and the shirt was ripped. They accommodated replacing them then failed to put my shirt in the bag as I changed from trying on my replacement items. Find this out as I'm changing day of and had to scramble to find a shirt AND buy it to be able to get dressed for my own wedding. Inept seems tame for what I want to say about the thoroughness of the person fitting me and subsequent employees I dealt with. If you don't have a body that perfectly fits the over-the-rack suits and need some tailoring done, you better stay away from Laila. She single-handedly reduced a possible 4 star to a 2. To her, everything is either, "that's not possible" or "we can't do anything about that". Which I proved wrong both times. If I could give a zero I would. Went in to get my sons tux for prom. Got a young man who did the fitting. My son plays water polo and has a very thin athletic body. He measured a 35 waist, he's a 31 maybe. His accent color to match his girlfriends dress is yellow,they only had one yellow vest available. He rings up the tux and tells me it's $217. I hand him a $40 coupon. He says it's $207 now. I question it so he gets frazzled and calls out his manager. The manager is not a very nice person. She recalculated to tell me the cost is now $250 because he picked out a "designer" tux. I'm in sales and not and idiot! I pointed to the tux we rented last year and said what about that one? She shays yes that's designer too! Really? Than why is the rental $70 more than last year? Her response was 1. We will price match a tux that is similar 2. My son can get five of his friends to rent and his will free. We walked out! Go to Tux of Class in Antioch! 15 minutes to get fitted, pick from a book of colors and patterns for the vest/tie and if the date gets the dress there you get a $25 discount. Walking in, my significant other and I were profiled for being within the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone else that walked in, she did not asked if they needed help. We were browsing looking for attire to wear to a wedding. We have already stated the size we were looking for but was unfamiliar with the slim fit and classic fit since my significant other doesn't dress like this ever. She grabbed the wrong size already, unfolded it and forced to try on on the sales floor when we already asked to try in the fitting room. When we had asked if we could try two different ones in the size we asked in the fitting room, she said she could only unfold one more even though she is at fault for grabbing the wrong size. She gave attitude and could tell she was profiling us because we are part of the LGBTQ+ community. After we left, she did not bother to ask other customers if they needed help.
