I took my king comforter in to be dry cleaned . I pick it up and the scent is so strong it gave me a headache . I take it back and ask to clean it again but no scented soap or whatever she used because I'm sensitive to it. She did it but still it's terrible. Just one visit so far. Judit does not seem to be able to get slacks short enough for her and needed some shortened. Siena came up on a Yelp search as reliable and they proved to be so. Three pairs of pants expertly shortened on schedule for $36. They did say that it might be more depending on the material. We probably will not be frequent customers but just because be do not often have a need. read more

They are fantastic! Professional and courteous. We do not have a ton of dry cleaning, but we have used Siena several times for sewing and mending. I have 2 favorite robes that I wanted an upgraded zipper put on as replacements. 2 other shops said they could not do the work. Not only did this shop do it, they did it in a matter of hours at a fantastic price. I have brought several items since, hemming & sewing. I have been able to save many of my favorite items of clothing at such a reasonable price= example, Brand new pair of jeans bought on black Friday that were too long (remove 2" from hem), Husband brand new Nike Company shirt too long (2") Husband New pants on Black Friday sale 2" too long. All of this done exceptionally well in 3 days for $30 for 3 items. The strategy is eye opening- my husband wears a very common length so it is hard to find. We were able to buy longer size at 1/2 normal price and pay a small amount ($10) to have them hemmed to perfection! read more

Shirts look great. My only complaint is the cost. I brought in 3 cotton short sleeve shirts and they charged me $17.75 $5.90 per shirt is kind of high. I don't ever remember paying more than $2 a piece . read more

Favorite and best cleaners in town. Service is very pleasant and has small family value business feels. Tried several cleaners in the area and surrounding towns, quality here is the best hands down. My garments always come out great and they are very accommodating. I bring several clothing items a week and just drop off, I trust them with my items. I had a spot on the shirt that wasn't gauranteed but there's no evidence that there ever was a grease stain. Good people, good service and good quality. Also they do alterations on site! read more

I was a regular customer since we moved to Brentwood almost 2 years ago. That is until today. A few days ago, I dropped off 2 suits, 2 pairs of dockers and 4 shirts to be dry cleaned. I picked up the dry cleaning on Friday last week and when I got home I realized that both pairs of dockers were missing. I called them and Michelle answered and told me that the pants were in the same package as the shirts. I was on my way to work and I told her I would double check. I worked the whole weekend and Monday morning I went through the dry cleaning again and no dockers. I drove to the cleaners and Michelle made me feel like I was trying to scam them. She kept on telling me I have you on camera taking the packages. I explained that I did: one package had the suits and the other the shirts. She kept on wanting to show me the camera feed. She did not check the racks just assumed I was making this stuff up. I left never to go back. That was horrible customer service. read more

I often need a good cleaners and recently tried Siena Cleaners and was extremely satisfied. I had a vintage white wool vest that was age stained and they did a beautiful job on it. I love coming here. My sister referred this place for alterations and they also do your dry cleaning. This is now our go-to place and Helen is great! She was able to alter 4 of my summer dresses before my wedding and also my hubby's wedding suit and pressed his suit as well right before we left to Jamaica for our wedding! She was very accommodating and did a great job on all my alterations! They are located in a small plaza. It's great because we can eat breakfast next door right after we drop off our clothes for dry cleaning and alterations. Helen is on point in getting the work done on time. She is reliable and very sweet. The prices are also fair considering we, sometimes, ask for next day or 2 days to get some of our alterations and she never fails to get it done. Helen does the alterations so sometimes she is not in too early or too late but everyone there is so kind to let us know when she gets in. We are her regulars! read more

My go to dry cleaners. Really nice people. Came in to drop a few things off and learned they were hit pretty hard from SIP.
