This place is located within a retail plaza that has a few eateries, Walgreens, and conveniently located across the street from a coffee cafe, hospital and gas station. Helen has been doing my dry cleaning and alterations for the last 8 years. My hems are always perfect and consideration I'm so short .. it helps that the quality is on point. The cost of alterations is fair. Not too expensive for the amount of time they take to get my items back to me which is within a week. I'm short so I get more of my clothing hemmed, if I want to make sure it's done right I come here! And apparently so does everyone else because their average wait is 2 weeks, but it's worth. I had a dress hemmed 5 months ago and because they did a good job I was willing to again pay the $31.75 for two additional identical dresses. I was told that because it's so much work that I would be charged $45 per dress and that didn't include the dry cleaning. That's a huge price increase. To keep me as a customer who went in praising their alterations, you'd think they could have offered to throw in the dry cleaning for free. Nope. I even asked and was told that wasn't an option. Great business that did the right thing. Every time I take clothes here, they do an excellent job. One time, one of my pants came back with a defect - pretty big spot that got discolored. There was no arguing. We just had a mature, professional conversation, and he offered to replace it. Got the new pants today and I am incredibly satisfied. Finally gave in and drove to the nearest place to my house and told them when I needed it back by and they said no problem. I was super excited. I am new to the area and I took my clothes here and they told me my items would be ready in a week, when I picked my order up there was an item missing and instead of the lady going back and looking for the missing item... she spent 15 mins counting the items that she could find over and over. Never once said hold on let me go look thru the inventory of clothes. Never offered an apology for the wait.
