He walked me through where the jackets, shared his impressive knowledge of the products, and guided me through long sleeves, pants, and even suggested the right shoes to complete the look. This guy went above and beyond. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely enjoyable one. Chase absolutely deserves a raise or some serious recognition. This was my first time ever visiting a Men's Wearhouse, and unfortunately it left a very disappointing first impression. When my wife and I first approached an employee for help, his attitude immediately felt cold and unwelcoming. His body language and overall demeanor made it seem like assisting us was an inconvenience rather than part of the customer experience. He only showed me two jacket options and made very little effort to offer alternatives or help us find something that fit what I was looking for. Another employee later stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was attentive, helpful, and genuinely seemed interested in assisting us. She provided more options and made us feel like valued customers. Once she had to help another guest, I returned to the first employee, hoping things would improve, but the same dismissive attitude continued. At that point, I decided to leave because it genuinely felt like my business was not wanted there. What shocked me most was learning afterward that this individual was actually the manager. We did not know that initially, which makes the experience even more concerning because leadership should set the standard for customer service and professionalism. had a really disappointing experience at Men's Wearhouse. My husband purchased a blazer, brought it home, and never even took it out of the bag. Two days later we returned with the receipt and the blazer still packaged exactly as purchased, planning to return it since he did not end up needing it. When I arrived at the store, I also had to wait quite a while before anyone even acknowledged me or offered assistance, which set the tone for the experience. Once I was finally helped, the sales associate refused the return, stating it was missing tags. The issue is that the blazer was sold to us without tags in the first place. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The associate thoroughly inspected the jacket in front of a long line of customers, checking inside and out for sweat stains, which was honestly embarrassing. After doing all that, he still refused the return simply because of the supposed missing tags. To top it off, I was essentially called a liar and treated very rudely throughout the interaction. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. A simple explanation of store policy would have been fine, but the public inspection and dismissive attitude made this a very uncomfortable experience. Definitely not the level of customer service I expected. And now I'm stuck with a brand new blazer that does not work for my husband. read more

My husband and I visited this Men's Wearhouse on a Sunday in January in search of a new sport coat and shirt for my husband. They were quite busy but no one greeted us for at least five minutes. Not even a quick acknowledgement of our existence. Feeling ignored, my husband considered leaving, but I approached a sales associate and asked her to help us when she was done with a customer. Brianna assisted us the last time we visited- she offered books, samples, and alternative stores to help our wedding vision come true. My only complaint would be that the company, Men's Warehouse, does not offer sample pieces to be brought home nor do they offer true "appointments". We scheduled a few appointments here and there but every time we walked in, we had to sign in on a piece of paper with others who did not have appointment times. I thought this defeated the purpose of an appointment slot? Other than that, this location is knowledgeable, friendly, and offers a great selection of services. read more

Found out the hard way that you can't purchase a tuxedo here, it's rental-only. But, that wasn't the sour part. I generally choose Men's Wearhouse for my formal attire needs, and thought of going here to buy a tuxedo for an upcoming event. The selection overall is pretty good, and I've purchased many items in the past, including suits, ties, and full tuxedo rentals as a groomsmen. Sadly, my most recent experience feels indicative of the direction of these stores. I went online to reserve an appointment. That process was easy. I show up at my time, and I had to search out a cashier to see where to go for help. They didn't seem to have any sense of my appointment, let alone that appointments were even available. It was okay because it wasn't busy, so I waited a little longer to be handed off to someone who could help me with the tuxedo. Eventually, another person came out to ask if I'd been helped. When I told her I was trying to buy a tuxedo, that's when I found out they weren't for sale. Then, I pretty much just left the store without much else. It was probably on me to call and ask in advance, but it was just unfortunate that it took me a while to figure it out once I was there, and the customer service wasn't more engaging. I'll probably go back again for other formal wear needs in the future, because they do have a decent in-store selection. I walked in looking for a shirt and a tie. Right as I walked in, Madelyn greeted me and said she would be right with me, as she was helping another customer at the register. Shortly after she approached me and I told her I had a light grey suit and I need a suggestion for a shirt and tie. She said usually pink or white shirts go well as she took my neck and sleeve measurements. I picked out three ties as she opened up my shirt and removed the pins. As she handed me the shirt I asked which tie would go best, and she immediately picked one, saying it would match the suit best. After trying on the shirt and tie, she rang me up at the register. Horrible. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the young lady that helped me. She was very patient and sweet. Super helpful. Bought a suit for myself and my son. Got my son set up, had to order his jacket. Came in less than a week. I was able to try on stuff and find both my pants and my jacket in stock online. She verified that both were in stock. So I went ahead and ordered them. So a week later, I got my pants but my jacket? Nope , now it's not in stock. I had to reach out 10 days later to find out it's not in stock. I used a coupon code for it. The answer was to just wait, it might come back in stock. How soon I asked? No idea, just check in every 2 weeks. They gave me back my coupon, haha but it expires in less than 2 weeks. So what's the point?!?!! If I didn't reach out who knows how long it would have went without any communication. I asked for a different size jacket and they help out with the alteration cost, not an option. Customer service is poor. In store is great but they didn't have tons of options and sizes compared to online. read more

First of all my review has nothing to do with the sales staff at Mens Wearhouse!!! They were professional, courteous, and gave me great service. As for your Distribution Center, My first question is do you have trained monkeys filling the orders, or just a bunch of moron's collecting an attendance award paycheck, filling these orders???? 1. When I picked up my Gray Tux, the Jacket was correct Light Gray, the vest was WRONG, It was Dark Gray. The Jacket was 1 size to small. 2. This led to me having to drive 40 miles in another state to pick up the correct vest and jacket the day before the wedding. 3. Out of the 7 grooms in our party. 4 of them received the wrong clothes. One jacket came up to the grooms mid-arm rather than the cuff. One pair of pants was 3 inches to long. One pair of pants was, well they wouldn't get wet in a flood. The bow tie for a child was an adult size and had to be wrapped twice around his neck to get it pinned to his shirt. 4. The quality of the tux was really poor. The buttons fell of as soon as they were bushed through the button hole and had to be sewn on by me an hour before the wedding!!! All this had to be redone THE DAY OF THE WEDDING!!!! We were told by several people that MENS WEARHOUSE was the most incompetent business for renting clothes. Frankly, you are the last place I will ever go to get apparel. I will also place reviews on every site that contains your business name, which should help to make people aware of your incompetence. read more

If you come across a pretty red haired employee walk away or come back later. Do not approach! She was clearly annoyed to be there and had no desire to interact with other people. She was very bossy in her interactions with other staff members that I saw and she was very rude to me when I was there to pick something up. The item couldn't be found and she rolled her eyes and cocked her head and looked at me like I was the problem. I have never written a review before, because typically I like to consider the benefit of the doubt when it comes to customer service as someone who comes from retail. This case however was not that at all, now the first girl who helped me was just fine but then it came down to the manager. I had went in to exchange for a larger size, and the manager was given to me and my sister so he could return the item I had. As soon as I let him know that I was exchanging a pair of pants he said and I quote "Did you really think you were gonna fit into those pants" now correct me if I'm wrong, but in what world is it ok to say this to a customer?? I shrugged it off in the moment just because I was taken back that he had the nerve to say such a thing to a customer, but if anybody decides to exchange a piece of clothing here that you need for a bigger size don't ask for the manager or who knows he might just fat shame you read more

I've gotten a few suits from Men's Wearhouse between wedding rentals and purchasing my own new and custom. Suits cost a lot so there's not much you can do about that. Getting a custom suit was fun but they could have made it more of an experience for the price. It's a good place to get what you need. read more
