That said, I personally would not purchase from this store based on my experience with this associate. On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.

I approached Chase and greeted me looking sharp and professional, exactly what you'd expect from someone in his role. Without any hesitation, he jumped right in to help .. even after I admitted I was completely lost. He walked me through where the jackets, shared his impressive knowledge of the products, and guided me through long sleeves, pants, and even suggested the right shoes to complete the look. This guy went above and beyond. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely enjoyable one. Chase absolutely deserves a raise or some serious recognition. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I had no idea what I wanted but came in with an open mind. The selection of gowns, veils, accessories and more is great. I looked through both the pre-owned dresses (donated) as well as designer samples (from other boutiques that are donated) and ended up with a sample dress. My wedding dress budget was $2500 and they told me (at that time) that none of their current dresses are over $1200 (though some have MSRP over that). My dress was 60% off MSRP. They have an option to hold the dress for a week for $50 (non refundable or goes toward purchase). I did this and then came back a few days later. There's a warm feeling knowing part of the proceeds go toward a good cause related to their mission. Truly sustainable luxury!
