The entitled jerk that helped us could not have been more condescending and just a real jerk. He treated us like we were children and were scolded when we wanted to try on the pair of socks that we were BUYING with the shoes that we were BUYING. He literally took them out of our hands and set them to the side, even after us telling him we were buying them. This guy would not listen to a thing we said. I understand that we came in wearing shorts and tee shirts and maybe not looking like we could afford to be in there, but they were wrong and lost out on what could have been a very good sale for them. We will never go back and I'll make sure all my friends and family know not to go there. It's just mind blowing how poorly someone can treat you when they are supposed to be there to help. We ended up walking out and going to another store where we were treated like humans and got everything we needed and got to experience what real customer service is like. Thank Men's Warehouse!! If you want to great suit buying experience, skip this place and go straight there.

This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

This was before choosing other accessories such as a tie that would look good with my suit. I have had a few suits made by Tom James in the past and was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. I am looking forward to a new suit I ordered for an upcoming wedding. I reached out to my high pressure sales person Tate Zigerman to let her know and the first thing she told me was that my suit I sent the picture of was a suit she didn't sell me?? I had explained the exact suit and color to her and after she remembered selling me the suit a few weeks earlier, she told me that it was because the the belt was pulled hard upward???? I put my belt on the same way I do with all of my other clothes and never had this issue. Immediately, I thought, "oh man, this is how it's going to be after she is done with the sale???" Either way, a pair of split pants and a suit jacket with the interior torn (both after only 2 wears) on top of the belt loop, told me that what i am paying good money for is not worth it. Buttons falling off, Threads coming out.... Not what you would expect. The answer form Tate and her team... "there is only a 30 day repair window after anything is provided to you..." It's unbelievable and frustrating. Not to mention Tate's sales tactics are VERY aggressive and she asks for referrals so she can make her President's Club every time. She has absolutely no remorse, she is in it for the sale and then will leave you hanging with any issue. It's completely unprofessional but more importantly, the quality of the clothing is sub par at best. Again, Buyer beware!!!!!

She had raved about her experience then and I was excited to take my own dress here. Even with Covid, they were very sweet and accommodating, gave me excellent advice regarding how we should take a few things in (the top front/back of my dress was ALL illusion paneling and I wanted to be able to lift my arms) and they really knocked it out of the park. They took excellent care of me and my dress was PERFECT. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing as well. I was prepared to pay a solid $1k more than I was charged due to the delicate nature of my dress. You're in the best hands here. You and your dress will be thrilled with the results!
