I rented a suit and when I was at prom the suit ripped. Yeah I returned the suit a little late but I said I was going to pay for whatever I had to pay accept for the damage but one of the ladies who I think was the manager was so rude to me and being disrespectful after she said I ripped it on purpose, I was trying to be nice about it and say I would pay for brining it in late but then she proceeded to kick me out of the store. We came here to purchase a suit for my dad to wear to my wedding. The salesperson, Samantha, was super nice and patient with us. We did not feel rushed at all and she answered all our questions. We waited a little while when we arrived because there were other customers in the store but another employee kept updating us so we did not feel ignored. My experience with this specific location was beyond disappointing. I needed to go pick up a suit with a fitting at this location and I had zero help. I went up to the counter and waited and continued to keep waiting. I tried to get the attention of a worker but kept being ignored. I am not sure who was working on 2/15/23 but I had to drive to another mens warehouse location that I will be doing my business with from now on even though it's further from my home. Not sure what I did to be ignored but this was very unprofessional and just over unfortunate. Do not recommend. read more

Decent store and suits, but prices are pretty astronomical for the setting (it's a Men's Wearhouse, let's be honest). Breaking point is the service quality, totally hit or miss depending on the representative you get. They also nickel and dime on rush and late fees despite charging $300 per rental. Add the factor of inexperienced reps bullying customers for fees, it's a perfect storm. Skip this store and save yourself the aggravation. read more

My Black Friday consisted of mostly rebuilding my wardrobe both for casual hanging out in places but more importantly I needed nice clothes to go to dinners, formal occasions and of course company events. I have shopped at Men's Warehouse stores before but never this one, and this one was relatively close to my house. As I walked into the store, I was greeted by an employee asking me how he could help me... I told him "I need clothes".... simply because I needed new jackets, pants, shirts, belts, shoes...I mean everything. The employee Les Ellus... awesome guy and salesman. Picked out some amazing combinations and I don't know how he got me out of the only colors I normally wear (blue, black, silver) by helping me realize there are other colors out there one can use like browns, olive, etc. I swear I think next time I wear those clothes he picked out I am going to look like a million bucks. Probably one of my best Men's Warehouse shopping experiences. Will definitely come back. read more

My first contact in this store was a very pleasant young lady Samantha who even when I work with other sales people helps her entire team. Bad service, rude employees. The older guy that works there did not let my husband try a white shirt on unless he would guaranteed to buy it! We went to get suspenders and a bow-tie for a wedding, the ones we chose were not cheap and we wanted to see how everything blended together. When we ask very nicely if he could have a white shirt to try everything, the guy said "NO". We were astonished when he said "ONLY IF YOU BUY IT" and we told him What kind of customer service was that! after he was telling us that we had to buy it if we wanted to try it, another employee came and stopped him and started to help us out. We ended up spending close to $200 just because we needed the stuff for a wedding, otherwise I would have left. Men's wearhouse is a specialty store, prices are higher and you expect at least good service. I feel like this are people that don't care about their job. It is a shame since usually the customers that go to this place are in need of specific items and expect being helped. Do not go there. read more

Came here to have my 4 year old measured for a suit for a wedding. Volney was our sales associate and he was extremely helpful! There was some confusion about the correct suit, and he went above and beyond to help us sort everything out. I went to return suits that my father and husband used for my brother's wedding and was told that I needed to leave the suits on the desk without a return receipt, as they "were too busy to tend to me." I knew better than to do that due to multiple issues we had with our suits (they sent wrong pocket squares, sent wrong shoes, etc.). I insisted that I be given a return receipt as a confirmation of our return of the suits. A sales associate, Ronnie, rudely told me that if I wanted a return receipt, I would have to wait for them to process all the suits that have been thrown on top of the desk before my own. I obviously laughed at this comment and told him that he needed to process my suits first because I am actually physically waiting for a return receipt. He then proceeded to lecture me on the supposed "system" they have in place. He went as far as to tell me that if I knew how the system ran, I should help myself. At that point, I told him that he was being ridiculous. The Manager for the day, Shawna, then proceeded to tell me to be quiet. When I told her that I would not allow her employee to disrespect me and be rude to me, she insisted that I remain silent, as I was upsetting her other customers. Mind you, her other customers were upset because Shawna triple charged a woman and had to return her money for erroneously charging her, while another couple showed up on time for their appointment but was told by Ronnie that he was not ready for them. Ronnie did not offer them a bottle of water or a catalog for them to look at while waiting for him, so they picked up and left. I told shawna that she should take her own advice and probably educate her employee, Ronnie. At that point, Shawna miraculously found sufficient time to offer me the return receipt that I had requested 15 minutes prior. I called customer service and lodged a formal complaint. I was only offered an apology. After spending $200 and having to deal with the rudeness as well as lack of customer service from these employees, you would think that the company would offer some sort of compensation for my troubles. At this point, I would not recommend Men's Wearhouse. Should you choose to use them, I would stay clear of their Dadeland Location so you don't have to deal with these shenanigans! ADDENDUM: Hi Lauren! I've already lodged a formal complaint with your national customer service department. They took my complaint and offered an apology. At this point, I've returned the suit and won't be returning to go through any of this again. But it's nice to see that your company is prompt when it comes to addressing a complaint that is made transparent for all to see. For me, it's too little, too late. Thank you. read more

Been here quite often lately, and can say it has always been a 100% experience! My husband and our groomsman got their suits here for our wedding, and the whole staff was super accommodating and took the stress out of that part of the wedding for us. My brother's suit came in WAYYY too big, and they were able to make the necessary alterations on site and just in time for the wedding. We also had to pick up a suit for another wedding and they were extremely helpful to make sure everything was just right for that as well. The service is always stellar and the staff is always a pleasure to chat with while you're waiting. read more

I would normally give it no stars but this was horrible.This is a custom made suit that I've been waiting for almost a month and a salesman tells me that this is the way the sun is supposed to look. You be the judge, I called this poor workmanship. They're on a second suit he argues with me that the repairs were done when I can see the chalk marks from the original markings. Will never come here again I took my suit will take it to another Taylor and get it repaired. They are a complete rip off. read more

It's Saturday night about 15 minutes before closing. I am the only customer when I walk into the store. The staff is at the back of the store watching a football game. I get a perfunctory hi and then they continue to watch the game. I go inside to find a particular blazer. I know what I want I just need to find the size. The jacket section is not labelled or designated. The sizes are not separated either. There are no sales staff on the floor and no one bothers to help or ask if I need assistance. After ten minutes of fumbling around I left. I doubt if the staff even noticed. I hope that game was worth it. I will not be returning. read more

I actually walk in to this store a couple of weeks ago and end up buying a couple suits, so when I need a tux I remembered that they provided this serviced, so I went back, the process was pretty easy I also ended up buying more clothing while waiting, both times I visited the store they were severely short on help so be prepared to wait. I was told that they would call me a few days prior the event, I never received that call so I call the day before and the tux has been sitting there, when I tried on the tux the pants were never hemmed, so I had to go back the next day a few hours before my event, I was not happy but let it go. So I returned the Tux on a Monday( Sunday I was not in any condition to drive and I was never told to return it by the day after the event. They tried to charge me a late fee even after all their screw ups, it was not the late fee it was how this women treated me like I was a kid and she was doing me a big favor forgoing the late fee, so I will not be doing any business with men's warehouse no longer read more

Never ever come here. Unless you want get ripped off. Poor quality, poor customer service, just all around a terrible experience. I will never shop at any men's wearhouse ever again, but especially not this one. Hopefully this will help someone avoid the $1,300 mistake I made. read more

I was getting fitted for a tux with my son and the man in the back part of the store starts a political discussion with me and when I didn't agree he became very rude and argued with me. I'm just saying shouldn't a place of business be for business only? He was way out of line...I must admit it was a total turn off! read more
