Let me start with the people I dealt with were all professional and lovely. Unfortunately the rental was terribly tailored and the shirt collar was fitted so poorly that I was embarrassed to be seen wearing it. When I arrived to pick up the tux, the sleeves were done so abysmally that the tailor in-house had to undo both cuffs, redo them and then press them again. This delay took quite a while and I was running short on time so we couldn't address the shirt issue. I was so uncomfortable during the evening pulling and adjusting the collar to try to make it look kind of normal. I have never worn such an I'll fitting garment in 60 years. Nice people, but a terrible experience and not an inexpensive one. It cost me a lot of money to look this bad! Never again! read more

These people are rip off artists nothing more. Went in there and 4 salesmen sitting down and could care less. Air conditioning did not work. Clothes way over priced Credit card machine did not work. 30 minutes to pay the bill and check out. Rude! Told them I had a 20 dollar on line discount all I had to do was spend 100 dollars on my first visit. They said we already gave you a discount......this place is one to pass by. Called the home office in Houston. After two calls they said they would honor the 20 discount. My advise if you need mens clothes or a Tux go somewhere else. We were at men's warehouse yesterday, looking for a tuxedo. The bearded man in that area was not interested or helpful at all. Without telling us there were two "cuts" of jackets, he just gave my husband, a 76 year old, a slim cut jacket. Obviously, it didn't fit. Then, he told us--- oh by the way, there was a modern cut. Let me preface this by saying I don't write a ton of reviews, maybe one or two a year, but the experience and service I received demand it. I have recently lost a little over 50 pounds and have just started replacing my wardrobe a little at a time. An occasion has arisen that requires a suit and it is only 2 days away. I look like hobo in any of the suits I currently own, they are falling off of me. I walked in hoping (praying) to find something that would look at least passable off the rack that would not require alterations. It is Saturday night about 7:30 and the event is Monday at 11a.m. That's when Michael Smith (store manager- Naples) walked up and said hello. I explained my situation and he listened graciously to my plight. He asked questions about what I would look for ideally, what cuts and styles I would normally prefer, and began to show me a few things that I really liked. I began to think he hadn't understood me, as there is no way a suit can be fully altered, hemmed, cuffed and dressed in under 24 hours, especially in a large chain store like this, right? I began to re-state my issue of time when Michael politely held up his hand and said, 'Don't worry, we got you. You have worked hard to lose weight, we are going to make sure your first appearance in a suit looks good.' He then called over Brendan Cahill, and in no time had a suit, fitted shirt, tie and pocket square that I really liked. 'Come back at 4 tomorrow, we will have it ready'. When I arrived at 4:00 the next day I was met by Michael and Robert Twiss, the genius who did all of this work in such a short time. Everything was perfect. The suit fit like a glove, and to boot, the suit he selected ( I just liked it, it was Michaels pick) was a Calvin Klein that was part of an 85% off promotion for the weekend. I was out the door head to toe for under $300. This store and these gentleman had every opportunity to either take the easy way out, or to stick me hard for a nice commission, and instead they all 3 went out of there way to make it the nicest suit shopping experience I have ever had. If you are looking to rent a tux but want to try it on don't bother stopping here. All they want to do is take your measurements and order a tux without the ability to see how you look in it. They have not a care in the world what it will look like on you. If it's big it fits is their motto. I highly recommend you do not go there if you want to look good for your wedding. read more

On vacation here in Fla., and found (at the last minute of course) the suit I'd packed was unwearable. Ms. Destefano did a great job in quickly finding a new one with just the right fit, and she sped it through the trousers-hemming process. I liked the service so much that I went back the next week and replaced an older blazer. I like the way that one looks, too. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I know the big stores like this could careless about reviews. First off, my boyfriend and I went here a while back in December to purchase a suit separate (jacket) for a wedding. The man told us we would be purchasing a suit jacket when it turned out to be a blazer (found that out today). So, today when we went in to buy the matching pants is when we learned that the jacket we had purchased was a blazer. The man (didn't get his name) told us it would be impossible to find pants to match the blazer and proceeded to go and sit down and got on his phone. Not once did he come over to ask us if we needed help. Not only am I disappointed that we were sold the wrong thing, I'm disappointed in the service that we have received MANY times we've been there for wedding attire. read more

Store is a mess. Delivery boxes, full and empty, piled by the entrance. Merchandise in messy piles. I asked for tuxedo pants and was told they would get them from Sarasota Monday. Went in Tuesday and nothing had arrived. Was told they would call me when it came. No call. Multiple calls to the store and no one ever answered. Salesman 1 had a checked suit on so tight he looked like Pee Wee Herman. Salesman 2 thought he was in Bermuda wearing a pink sport coat with shorts. What a bunch of useless clowns. read more

On two different occasions she went above and beyond, even stopping at a store located over an hour away to get me the exact fit sir my suit! Great customer service and positive attitude she has. Getting wedding tuxedos here was a nightmare. We had 4 tuxes in our family including the groom. Not only did they measure incorrectly twice, but when we got to our wedding destination the tuxes were still wrong. The girl who was in the tuxedo dept in Naples was very very rude.(and that's putting it nicely) She was bothered that we wanted to go over measurements, while we were the only customers in the store. There are a few other tuxedo rental places in Naples, if you can, go elsewhere. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the Men's Warehouse at our destination was far more accommodating. read more

Awful shopping experience. Please train your employees to respect one another. I was shopping in your store yesterday between 4:30-5:30pm. During this time, I stumbled upon a stocky male, with brownish-reddish hair, wearing a vest, who was loudly ridiculing a female employee, who was on the phone, and assisting customers. I sure hope this man is not a manager. His tone of voice, and aggressive nature was totally uncalled for. I don't want to experience things like this when I go out shopping. The poor girl was totally taken aback, and seemed distraught, but the man continued to yell at her. I watched in bewilderment. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a shopper. Please counsel your managers, and employees, on the correct way to discuss issues. I should not have witnessed this bullying at your establishment. It made me feel sick to my stomach. Probably won't return. read more

I am accustomed to wearing a uniform to work, but I have decided to make a career change. While my interaction with the public will be reasonably limited, I am required to wear a suit. Unfortunately, I own one ill-fitting suit. So, I headed to both JoS. A. Bank Clothiers and Men's Wearhouse. While the salesman at JoS. A. Bank Clothiers made us aware of an upcoming sale, he was unable to tell us any of its details. More importantly, the style that he recommended cost a minimum of $600 per suit. As soon as I stepped foot in Men's Wearhouse, the store manager, Bruce Sovich, and his staff helped me locate two affordable and stylish suits. Mr. Sovich was helpful and understood my budgetary constraints. THAT is how you get a customer for life. I walked out with two suits (one from Joseph Abboud and one from Perry Ellis) and alterations for less than $500. I will definitely go back in a few months to purchase another suit. read more

I will never go back to men's warehouse. My boyfriend ordered 4 suits rush order. We called to see if the suits were ready and the staff had no idea where the suits were. They initially said they shipped the suits to an unknown address . Then they found one suit at the store and had no idea when the other suits would be in. We went to pick up the suit and it took them an hour to find the suit and find someone who was able to measure to alter the suit. The store offered to have the one suit hemmed in 24 hours . We returned the following day and the staff still had no idea where the other suits were. The one suit came in two days later and was suppose to be altered in a week. When I came in the store to pick up the suit a week later, once again the staff had no idea where the suit was . After 30 mins of trying to find the suit, the staff found the suit and it was not hemmed. Not only was this the third time the suits were lost they were also incomplete on time. The staff had no concern for this and were chatting amongst themselves and talking about when they could have their next day off. The manager continued to sing along to the songs playing in the store . To say it was frustrating and unpleasant experience is an understatement. read more

Horrible Customer service by Bruce the head manager of the store. Bruce followed my husband around the store like a criminal, never welcomed him through the door never asked to help. He had an exchange, but the service and feeling received from Bruce was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming that he didn't complete what he had gone to that store to do in the first place. Men's WearHouse states that "Your Satisfaction is the highest priority", but it seems as if you are a White, well dressed person you are their top priority. Very upsetting to be writing this review, as we used Men's Wearhouse services for our wedding and all the best men. It's funny how myself a white women can walk into this store and get the above and beyond service from ALL the staff and my Husband who is bi-racial, gets nothing from Bruce or the staff but discriminating eyes, body, and prowling. I hope Men's Wearhouse can make it a point to shop their own stores and make sure they are treating everyone equally. read more
