I was in the need of a suit for my daughters wedding. I started out at Macy's and Jos A Bank and strike out. I went into Mens Warehouse and was immediately greeted my a delightful sales woman. I wanted a black suit that fit nice. The sales person showed me several suits and looked at them as i tried them on. I found one that I liked rather quickly and it fit great and was really nice. I got a Calvin Klein slim fit suit in black. It was $279 which is reasonable for a great fitting suit. Not only did I get a great suit but it also fits without having to do any alterations. The sales woman was great and was very good at her job. If you need a suit then the only place to go is Mens Warehouse. read more

If you enjoy returning to the store multiple times because of problems with your rental tuxedo, paying top dollar, & still being stuck with an ill-fitting outfit, then Men's Wearhouse might be the right choice for you! Nearly every member of our wedding party had problems with their rental tuxedos. One member in particular was given pants riddled with holes. When he returned the next day, he was given pants that were the wrong color. On one final return on the day of the wedding, he was given a pair of pants that were much too large. With no other options provided by staff (including no offer of money back), he was forced to wear the saggy pants. They did however *generously* offer one full extra day to return the tux! ...just in case he decided he wanted to get his money's worth & wear the oversized penguin suit for brunch the next day Do yourself a favor & choose another tuxedo rental service for your big day. read more

My fiancé, the best man, and I all went to the Ross Park Mall Men's Warehouse to get tux rentals for our wedding in December. We didn't have an appointment, but were well taken care of by Allegra who worked with us to workshop the look we were going for. She was so helpful and patient with us. I also appreciate the partnership with David's and the promotions they offer when you get a certain number of grooms men's tux rentals there. read more

Rented a tuxedo from here for a wedding. Pros: Staff was friendly and the tuxedo fit well. Cons: Limited selection of tuxedos and it was over $200. Probably going somewhere else next time. read more

I'm super disappointed with Men's Warehouse. After having a great experience down the road at David's it was a no-brainer as to where my husband and his groomsmen would get their suits for our wedding (they are a partner). We gathered all of the men up and had to make a few different appointments to get everyone fitted because of schedule restraints. During our first visit the woman helping us informed me that I needed to pay a $45 deposit until all of the other deposits were received from the other groomsmen. She said it would be refunded when everything had been processed. I understood. My husband ended up purchasing his suit ($900+) and we rented an additional 7 suits (groomsmen, plus dad's). I was told we would receive a gift card for a free rental/suit for my husband to use on a future purchase since we had booked through a promotion at David's. Fantastic. My husband joined their frequent shopping/reward club and gave them his information. Everything with his suit and the rentals went well. I can't complain about any of that. I am disappointed that it has been almost 8 months since our wedding and I still haven't received my $45 back nor has my husband received his gift card for a free suit. I called the store and left a message for the manager...no response. My next step is to file a complaint with their corporate office. I'm glad I've said all the documentation we received. Just a cautionary tale. read more

We rented four tuxedos for our wedding. My husband is 6'6 and a built like an offensive tackle. When his tux arrived on Wednesday before our Saturday wedding it didn't fit at all. We panicked. Mackenzie saved us! She calmly walked us through what was wrong and the many ways she could fix it for us. She assured us we'd have a beautiful tux by Friday AM. We were skeptical but she was right! We arrived Friday morning and she had multiple size and style options for him to try and we found the perfect combination. She also did a rush on tailoring to ensure every piece fit to perfection. Absolute horrible customer service. I do not have enough time to write the full story about my experience today. I will say that the one employee who said he worked there for 25 years is extremely rude and I will never shop in the Ross Park location ever again. I will provide the update here this weekend when I have more time. I will be providing updates about my experience today in LinkedIn, Facebook and my other social media accounts because we have options where to shop. I will ensure my story is heard to anyone who will listen or read it. It is my goal to ensure this employee receives the training needed to provide a good customer experience. read more

Men's warehouse north hills. Let me tell you what a great experience I had here. I went here looking to spend around 900 for a three piece suit and shirt and alterations and deal with somebody who didn't give 2 and man was I wrong. A big thanks to the gentlemen named Perry who helped me out with a custom fit,great attitude and obviously very knowledgeable. Such disappointing and unreliable customer service. Ordered a suit rental two months in advance as part of a wedding party. The fitting took over 30 minutes because the staff kept walking away to wait on other customers. We were informed the suit would be in several days before the event and their website states that orders come in 3 days in advance of the scheduled event. We went to pick up the suit two days before only to find out it wasn't in and is scheduled to arrive late afternoon the next next, less than 24hrs before the wedding and during the rehearsal. Staff blamed shipping delays, which is a poor excuse and just goes to show they haven't adjusted their service/shipping times since the world has experienced shipping issues for over 18 months! When we finally got the suit the next day, the coat was a wrinkled and the shoes were too small. When we called the store to inquire about the shoes, they were already closed. We called the next day and were told "sorry, we don't have brown shoes here to change them out". That was it, no other help. While we were offered a 20% discount on the rental, I would have much rather had caring and supportive customer service along with some some type of backup for the shoes that didn't fit. Looking back at wedding photos with one individual wearing shoes that do not match the bridal party is just going to remind us all of the terrible customer service we received, not the discount they offered. read more

We recently visited this shop to purchase a suit. We were very disappointed with the lady representative who was at the store. We did not get her name. They wrapped the suit we bought in a plastic wrap because the suit covers were out, which would still be okay if it wasn't for how she spoke to us. When we asked her that we were traveling and we needed a proper cover to carry the suit, she was very rude and impatient to get us out of the store. She said no other store gives a bag to carry the suit in which was false because the store next door kindly gave us a bag for free even without us buying anything from there. I would not be writing a review here if it was just that. But we felt very unwelcome at the store by this women. When we were at the store trying on suits to buy, she kept making comments like "it's a nice day out, you guys should be out enjoying the weather, not cooped in here!". This felt racist to be honest. It was as if she was trying to get us out of the store asap. We were giving her good business and spent like $600 there and she was being very rude. She also said that many customers spend thousands of dollars at the store and leave without the bag. Who even talks to customers like that? This was very disrespectful and hurtful for us. read more

My fiancée and I visited the Men's Wearhouse store in Ross Park Mall and bought two pairs of slacks for my son. An associate told me that my son could go the store for alterations on the length. I asked him more that once if there would be any charge for the alterations, and he assured me that it was included in the sales price. My fiancée said that is how she understood the conversation, too. My son later told me that the store charged him $44 for alterations--$22 for each pair. Staff told him that the stores always charge for alterations. When I complained to the store manager, he credited us for the alterations for one pair, but I would not have bought the slacks if I had known about the additional charge. I just think the staff wanted to make sure that I bought their merchandise. Sad! read more
