I visited today the Monroeville's store. My daughter was in a hurry to find a formal suit for her husband. There were only one employee and CERO clients in the store. The employee did not help us at all. Maybe because he thought we weren't gonna buy anything or maybe because he does not have a clue of what he was doing there. I got mad because his lack of attention and run out of the store. We went to Macy's and find the perfect suit for a very low price! We will never visit again that store. read more

My husband is in a wedding and had to get fitted for a vest. Scheduling an appointment was super quick and convenient online. We arrived at 5PM and were taken care of right away. Bill helped my husband with his fitting and was super friendly and helpful. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING. Out of the 10 guys who rented suits, 6 of them had problems with incorrect alterations, including myself. This required multiple trips back to the location. I actually had to get up early on the day of my wedding and be at the store just as they were opening. I was actually there 5 minutes before open, but could not be shown the courtesy of letting me in 5 minutes early by any of the salesmen who all knew me at that point, despite the fact that I was getting married in a few hours. Instead they just stared at me at the front door and greeted me when the store opened like it was no big deal. On top of this, no one at the store seemed to have any idea what was going on when I sent my groomsmen and fathers to get their suits. They actually told my father in law that he was at the wrong store and sent him away. I also received multiple calls from my groomsmen saying the people at the store didn't know who they were. One of my groomsmen also told me he needed to switch from his initial sales woman at the store because of how rude she was. Overall it was an awful experience. And to cap it off, as part of using them for my wedding I was supposed to get a reduced price on a suit of my choosing. Given their multiple screw ups I thought I would at least get a free suit out of things, but that did not happen either and I was shown nothing in the way of an apology for their tremendous screw ups. When you deal in one type of merchandise, i.e. mens formal wear, I expect you to be able have better than a 40 percent success rate on proper alterations. I am not sure what goes on at this location, but stay far away. read more

I recently found myself in need of a navy-blue sports jacket, size 52R. I tried JC Penney, Macy's, Burlington....all with no luck. I was getting ready to give up the search, and after 3 hours, really just wanted to go back home. That is when I remembered Men's Warehouse. I walked into this Men's Warehouse at South Hills Village and I was immediately approached be a salesman. I told him what I needed "Navy-blue sports jacket, 52R." No problem he said. He went directly to the rack and pulled out three of them. Ranging in price from $139 to $289. I made my selection, and walked with him to the register.... Being the slick guy that he was, he asked if I needed a dress shirt to go with it, and he told me about the "no-iron" dress shirts they have. Now, I have heard about these things before, but never tried one. He took my measurements real quick, and then picked out a no-iron $49 dress shirt. I hesitated a little, not over the price...but the claim that ironing was not required. I decided to give it a shot. The next day i washed and dried the shirt...and I can tell you that the "no-iron' claim is 100% legitimate. Now, don't get me wrong, it is not exactly the same appearance as having it professionally pressed and starched at a dry cleaner, but its pretty darn close. So, in literally 10 minutes I had my jacket and a new shirt. If I had only gone here in the first place, I would have saved 3 hours of my time. Hats Off! read more

Walked in with my fiancé and staff were all occupied so we politely waited our turn at the counter. Once called forward, we informed the clerk that we're getting married next month and asked if it's possible to have a suit made for him. We were pointedly asked what date the wedding is set, and we were laughed at by another clerk at the counter. Apparently it's supposed to be common knowledge that it takes "at least 4 weeks" to get a suit custom made. And honestly if that's the truth that's fine, we get it. But we came in asking for help and were subsequently spoken down to. Being rude and condescending to potential customers is a terrible business model. read more

My husband had to come here for an last minute suit jacket. My father and brother had just gone to a Men's Warehouse (clearly not this one) and had a great experience, so we thought we would give it a chance. We had a horrible experience and will not return. Moments after arriving, a woman working there began screaming at a fedex delivery man while customers were trying to check out then continued to rage about the situation to other employees. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Our whole experience was rushed and disorganized, we actually ended up returning to the store to return the jacket solely because we were so upset with our experience and didn't want to have to return after alterations were done. When we went back to the store (about 30 minutes later) to return the jacket, they had already lost it. Poorly managed store, horrible customer service. Do not waste your time. read more

I spent 1000 dollars there and got very poor service. It took me walking in a second time to even be approached. The man who helped me was very nice and apologetic for the chaos. The tailor barely took any time to look at my suit. I didn't have a choice as I needed a suit that fit asap for a funeral. Upon my pick up that they gave me, I learned that this was the busiest day of the year because it coincided with prom. They should have given another time so that I didn't have to wait for 45 minutes to try my suit on. I'm sure each employee is wonderful, but the way the store is run is piss poor. read more

I have never experienced such poor service. Let me first say, the gentlemen who helped us WAS nice. That's about the only good thing I have to say. My husband and I went here for our wedding. We needed 10 suits total. Upon ordering the suits, when the groomsmen went to get fitted, they could never find our order. They were actually rude to my dad and told him our order did not exist and made him go to another store, only to come back to this one. The same thing happened to 3 other groomsmen that day. Once the suits arrived (2 days before the wedding), only ONE of the of the 10 suits actually fit. The groom's was actually a completely wrong suit so THE MORNING of the wedding, he had to wake up and rush there. Another groomsmen, dealt with a very rude woman working there. I usually do not get upset about these types of things, mistakes happen, but there is just no excuse to mess up 9/10 suits, confuse multiple people, THEN be rude about YOUR mistakes. You are a Mens Warehouse, you have one thing to do right, suits. And they were all wrong and not a thing was done to remedy the situation. read more

My fiance and I decided to get suits for our very large wedding party at Men's Wearhouse. Because the cost to buy suits, rather than renting them, was around the same price, it made sense... at the time. The salesman made it sound like our experience would be seamless - WRONG! Our experience has been HORRIBLE! Our groomsmen, Father of the Bride, and Father of the Groom had nothing nice to say about them either. Their system is so bad. Every time someone went to the store to get fitted, they had to call my fiance. 1.) Their computer system is crap (or whoever is entering information doesn't know what's going on). 2.) No one in the store was on the same page - bad communication. 3.) They tried to double charge people for shirts, ties, belts and pocket scarves. We've made 3 in-person appearances and 3 phone calls to clear this up. Each person assures us that the problems are fixed but they are far from it. My husband and I came here when we were looking for suits for him to wear for our wedding being held in Pittsburgh, PA. I requested that the sales associate show me all his pink colored ties and vests as our accent color for the wedding was pink. This sales associate tried to persuade me away from the color pink. I made it very clear that pink is our wedding color and my husband would be wearing a pink tie. The sales associate continued to tell me how pink is not a good color and then actually started to argue with me. Let's get one thing straight, this was my wedding, not the sales associate. I ended up storming out of the store when I wish I would have asked for the manager. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I would never return to any men's warehouse establishment after this treatment nor would I ever recommend any bridal party go there for their wedding needs. read more

He did a great job of explaining the processes in a manner that told me (the bride and planner) all I needed to know, and also did not bore my fiancé or my father. He was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the many different styles and tastes, as well as fitting. Very personable and accommodating. read more

HORRIFIC--- save yourself the headache and drive the extra distance to the Robinson Location! My fiancé and I were shopping for suits for our wedding. We arrived 5 mins early for our scheduled appointment (first appointment of the day). We were told by the 4 workers standing around that since we were there for a wedding, that we needed to wait for someone else that was late. They never spoke us after that and NEVER apologized for what turned into a 20 min wait. Once the late associate arrive, he asked us 1 question, and realized that we wanted to buy suits, not rent which meant that the 1 of the 4 men that had standing there the entire time needed to help us. The gentleman we were handed off to immediately pre-determined what he thought we could afford... continuing to tell us that the 1 suit was best for us because it was on sales. When we ask about another suit, he said we wouldn't like that one because it wasn't on sale. Needless to say we walked out and WILL NEVER RETURN. We decided that we would try our luck at the Robinson location and it was AMAZING. We worked with Sebastian and Marquel--- both were incredibly knowledgeable, politely, and showed us tons of options!!!
