I came in a day early to pick up my tux and did not like the jacket's fit. Don remeasured and had a proper-fitting jacket for the next day. All the other items fit well. I felt the jacket and pants were slightly on the worn side- not bad, but not as crisp and sharp as I expected. I could see this was a rental by the way the sleeves and pant legs are altered. I haven't rented a tux in a long time, as I have had my own for many years, but sadly, I "outgrew" my most recent. So that is to say I've been spoiled by custom-fit tuxes since after I married 40+ years ago, until this one. Maybe I'm being too harsh? I will still recommend them, just be sure you go a day before you need the tux to pick it up in case it needs tweaking.

I also stepped into the alterations area, and I was impressed with that space as well. I wasn't able to pick just one dress because the prices were mind blowing... they also offer military discount but honestly, after seeing how busy this location was, I understood why! What really stood out to me was the entire staff. Everyone we encountered had a positive attitude and was willing to help. And they were WORKING! There was nobody just sitting around with nothing to do. It was truly all hands on deck, making sure every bride who walked through those doors was being taken care of. I loved watching the team in action. Even with a packed store, they maintained great energy and made the experience feel special. My dress came in quickly and was ready for pickup on 8/24/26. Unfortunately, my pickup experience was very different. I scheduled a 4:30 pickup appointment and arrived on time. According to the boutique's website, pickup appointments are supposed to last about 30 minutes, but I was in the store for maybe 10 minutes. I felt very rushed despite being the only customer in the boutique. When my dress was taken out of the garment bag, it was very wrinkled and the overskirt wasn't laying correctly from being packed in the bag. I asked if steaming would fix it, and I was told that it would, but that they don't steam dresses at pickup because "it will go right back into the bag." I understand the reasoning, but after spending $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I expected a little more care and presentation when seeing my actual dress on me for the first time. The dress was also much too large through my torso, which I understand is something alterations will fix. However, instead of clipping the dress so I could actually see how it would look when properly fitted, it was held tighter in the back by hand for a few seconds. I was then told to go ahead and change and meet her at the front. The entire experience felt rushed and underwhelming for what should have been an exciting moment. I was then offered in house alterations but after that second visit, I am not interested in coming back here so I will look elsewhere for that. The dress itself is absolutely beautiful, and I'm still very happy with my original bridal appointment and the help I received from Keara. I just wish the pickup experience with the different associate had reflected the same level of service. When someone spends $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I think it's reasonable to expect the pickup and first try-on of their actual dress to feel a little more thoughtful and special.
