NEVER GO HERE! This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. The guy helping me was awful! He was rude, demeaning, had no sense of style, had no clue what he was doing regarding sizes, smelled of terrible body odor and had an even worse attitude. He told me I couldn't fit in the size I was currently wearing (that he had me try on). He was absolutely clueless and a jerk. It's a miracle this guy has a job! I've been to many different locations in other states and had great experiences. This location is garbage. I ended up leaving because I was treated so poorly and bought a suit elsewhere. Spend your money at a different store that actually treats you well, is helpful and doesn't make you feel horrible about yourself. If I could rate negative stars I would. Never have I been so appalled by the lack of respect and attitude of an employee. read more

I've used this particular Men's Wearhouse many times over the years for jeans, formalware, and even for my wedding and my groomsmen. The staff here are always awesome to deal with and take time to walk with you and show you what you might be looking for if you aren't sure. They are helpful at digging for sizes and offering up alternatives if you can't find what you want. Some of their items can be pricey but they do carry a good mix of in-house brands and name brands so you have choices. I'm more than happy to spend a few extra bucks here to get personalized fitting service and recommendations - you will look better for it and feel better as well. read more

Woah. What an awful experience here. As stated in nearly every review here the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. Went in to get fitted while one of the groomsmen was in town as he lives 1,500 miles away.. they told us we "wasted our time in showing up" after we had confirmed previously what we would be doing. Called a few weeks later to set things up and told us they couldn't help us at the moment because of how busy they were with prom.... okay, understandable. We left our number to be called back... but we never got a call back. This place and it's staff is absolute garbage. read more

In economically difficult times, Men's Warehouse May come in handy. Overall, they offer inferior quality suits at so called discount prices. If you expect to wear the suit for less than a dozen times, you could do alright. The quality of their suits will be appreciated after just a few months of ownership and wear. You genuinely get what you pay for or overpay for at Men's Wearhouse. If a $250.00 suit sounds enticing , know that I found several clearance specials for complete suits at $49.99 for suits originally priced at $250.00. Clearly, you're paying $250.00 for a $49.00 suit made in Indonesia that needs $150.00 in alterations. So, why pay $150.00 in alteration fees on a suit worth $49.00???? The answer is DON'T do it !!! If You get a poor quality suit that will not last long nor look very good. If you expect to pay $250.00 for a men's suit or if you believe the TV ads for 3 for the price of 1, expect to get garbage. Don't expect beautiful silk ties, Egyptian cloth shirts or Swiss Bally shoes. Syracuse needs a real Nordstrom's.. I'll be heading back to NJ/NYC tomorrow. read more

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing you today to express my extreme disappointment in your customer service and order fulfillment. I was a groomsman in a large wedding party last weekend (there were 10 of us including the groom). Every single one of us had an issue with our orders. We ordered gray vests and were given black ones. Some of the men had to take their vests back multiple times before the problem was fixed! We were still getting them in 2 days before the wedding. We also had to wait months for socks that we ordered to come in, and the pants that we all ordered were of fairly poor quality; the hems were loose and had to be fixed and they were supposed to be "slim fit" but they were not on all of the guys. Our local stores in Nebraska and New York did not seem too concerned with our troubles, and didn't even know why the mix-ups in the orders was happening to all of us. Clearly, something was mislabeled in your system. I am disappointed that no one in the stores acted concerned about this issue and that no one even bothered to see what they could do above simply reordering the vests to fix the problem. I watched them scold a young women holding a baby who was trying to calm a young boy. According to her, none of the suits fit her 3 boys. They told her to get out of the dressing room, yet no one else was waiting. Not a nice way to treat someone, especially paying those outrageous prices. We left! read more

Nightmare. The gentleman who helped us the first day was awesome, David. However, when we came to pick up the tuxedo the staff was clearly outnumbered and had zero method to serve customers in order of arrival. Went in a couple of weeks ago with my father to get him fitted for his tux for my wedding a really simple task, hoping for similar experience to the one in my hometown of Seattle any boy was I wrong. We walked and no once else was around so I figured great should be simple and no wait the guy we had acted like there was 500 people behind us and rushed through the entire process. Anytime my father asked a question about the rental he got a one word answer and a look of how do you not know that, really. He also had incorrect answers on things that come with the rental. Long story short go anywhere else, but here. I'm all about customer service and they don't understand any of it. You'd be better off talking to a brick wall for a friendlier conversation. read more

My fiancé and I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this store. When walking in the store seemed to be a little busy, but not overly busy. There were approximately 5-6 employees working over in the tuxedo section. As we were looking around, it took 15 minutes for an employee to ask us if we needed help and that was only because we happened to walk by her standing behind the counter. After we expressed we were there to look for tuxedos for our upcoming wedding, the woman asked two different men to help us until one of them agreed. As my fiancé was explaining that he wanted to see some different colors, we were not offered to see and color options and how they could go together. There were many awkward silences as we were hoping that the person working for a tuxedo shop would have some knowledge for us not exactly knowing what we needed. We walked out of the store and will not do business with this store based solely on this terrible experience. After having EXCELLENT customer service at both Tuxedo Junction and Jos A Bank, I would never recommend Men's Wearhouse to anyone looking to rent or purchase anything for their wedding. read more

Awful! Would not recommend this place for your tuxes or suits for a wedding! Staff was rude and very unhelpful. When going back to pick up our order, they don't have you in the computer system and rely on shuffling through the items in the back for your order. Not kept together by wedding name but by alphabetical order. One week before our wedding and picking up our order of 7 suits they sold my finances white shirt. The incredibly rude girl told me to get the next size down because it's slim fit (she's never met my fiancé and doesn't know his build) and then proceeded to tell me she's "really good at guessing". I'm sorry but I don't need you guessing when he's already been measured and paid for everything. She then acted as if I was being difficult and told me he can get another shirt but won't be the same one. Well that won't work because they all need to be matching!! It's a wedding and he's the groom! Her next option was to tell me to drive to another location way out of our way. That wouldn't work either. They finally agreed to ship it to our house. Worst experience ever and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this store to anyone! My friend got married last weekend and 4 of her suits were wrong! read more
