Friendly but lacks complete tailoring knowledge. I purchased 4 shirts. All 3 shirts's sleeves needed length adjustment. Final result: all 4 shirts's sleeves were of varying lengths. Two were too short, one was adjusted but still too long. Fourth shirt, they completely forgot to do any adjustment. Management and tailors need to be replaced. read more

Went to get a tux for army gala. Initial interaction was ok: friendly staff, got measured and was told I'd receive an email when to pick up tux. After two weeks with no word on the tux we called to see if they had it two days before the event. When he went to pick up the tux and try it on, nobody helped him look over the tux or check to make sure it fit right. I noticed that the sleeves looked a little short and the shirt was not the right one that was agreed-upon. We were told that the sleeves should be a little short because it's not like you're going to dance the YMCA. As for the shirt, it was the wrong one but he did not want to make a big deal out of it. I think the measurements were off for the actual fitting and it was careless for the staff not to help with the final fitting. read more

I don't dress up at all so walking in here I was lost. The staff were very accommodating & engaging. They measured & helped me find a very nice suit for my wedding in less than 45 minutes. They set us up with the app which let me know when to show for fitting etc & we never had any issues from start to finish. read more

We rented tuxes for our wedding from this location. Our initial measurements were 5 weeks before the wedding that was on a Friday. We were told the tux would be in the Monday before which it thankfully was. The tux they had for by 5'11" 165 # son would have fit someone 5'5" 120#. They said they didn't know what happened and re- measured him for the tux. The soonest they could have it to us would be Thursday. This was completely inconvenient because we had other wedding related commitments that day including the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, so I asked if I could have it delivered to another store closer to the rehearsal dinner venue. Eventually, they agreed, but wanted me to take the jacket with the too short sleeves and have the next store later it while I wait. We did not have time for this and I insisted that they have an appropriate fitting tux there for us to just pick up with the alterations complete. They agreed and for the inconvenience deducted $20.00 from the rental. When we went on Thursday to pick up the tux it was again the wrong size!! The people at the Eastpoint called and complained to the Towson store and arranged to have a tux overnighted to the Eastpoint store by noon on the day of the wedding - only 4 hours before the ceremony. Needless to say this was now extremely stressful and required the best man and my son, one of the groomsman, to leave the groom and the rest of the groomsmen to pick up the tux. The tux did fit this time. Upon returning to the groom's home, now 1:35, it is discovered that a colored handkerchief square wasn't included with this tux. There was no time before pictures to correct this. My son's tux does not match the other guys tuxes taken in the pictures taken by the photographer at the groom's home. On the way to the church the best man had to stop at a different location (White Marsh) that was closest to the wedding site to pick up the handkerchief. One hour before the wedding his tux was finally correct. I was told that the store would credit us for my son's tux for the convenience after the wedding. I returned to the store 2 weeks after the wedding and did not receive an apology and was treated rudely by the sales person. He credited me part of what I paid insisting despite my receipts saying differently that I had received a greater discount when the mistake was first made. Additionally, they did nothing to accommodate our best man for his trouble. In short, Men's Warehouse took 5 trips to the store to get one tux correctly fitted as ordered and it wasn't right until one hour before the wedding and not ready for the pre-ceremony pictures. Been with Joseph Banks for many years. Thought I would try Men's Wearhouse. Staff is semi-knowledgeable but pleasant. Ordered two custom made suits that were recommended by staff. Both suits began falling apart a couple months later with buttons falling off and hems falling out. Now only 6 months into wear (and I rotate 10 suits) there is already a worn hole in the elbow. I learned "after the fact" that both suits were made in China. Unfortunately, Men's Wearhouse does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware - or is that bewear. read more
