The facility is IMMACULATE, gorgeous, well organized and tight with 76 security cams viewable moviescreen style on the reception wall, clean accessible move in garage and decks. Literally looks like a stealthy Battlestar Galactica inside, all the hallways and units are super clean and easy to access. First, they lured me in with an introductory rate, but made no mention that it was an introductory rate. My rent has increased 42% in 16 months. The possibility of rent increases are in the contract, but that kind of hike needs to be made abundantly clear from the start ("this is an introductory price ..." . I was extremely surprised at all of the increases I've had in just over one year's time. But, they got me. Access to storage is not much longer than normal business hours, which can be problematic. What's worse, they require you to provide proof of insurance or they will automatically bill you for monthly insurance. Unfortunately their central office and local office are not always on the same page, so I will receive notices multiple times a year from each for me to send them my insurance policy, even after I've already done it. In 16 months I've had to be on the phone with them somewhere in the 5 to 10 times range with billing or insurance problems, and add to that multiple emails. I send them stuff and they conveniently don't receive it. Last time, the proof I showed wasn't enough and they needed the declarations page from my actual policy and additional insurance info. I've got to contact my insurance company and find out the information that they want. All of this so that they can charge me an extra $12 a month. This sort of thing happens multiple times per year. Absolute madness. But I have so much stuff in storage that I would have to hire a moving truck to get it out and into a new unit with a new company. They have me over a barrel, and they know it. What an absolute mistake I made renting from this company. Huge regrets. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting from a storage space, and I have been doing this for well over 15 years. Save your time (so, so much time) and money and stay away from this company.

Always check both online and in-person, the office staff might have a special going that isn't listed. It's not permanent, but it's a sweet little temporary perk. My experience started with a phone call, shout-out to Colton (or Caleb? either way, Customer Service MVP), who explained everything like I was booking a penthouse instead of a storage unit. When I showed up a few days early, there was a tiny hiccup (we'll blame Mercury), but by the end, I was a part of the Tempe Choice family. Access hours are great (6 a.m.-10 p.m.), it's secure, clean, and easy to pull up, unload, and move on with your day. So yeah... As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. These guys are the real deal. Great at what they do. I looked around at a lot of people and am glad I settled on them. I needed a truck loaded to move out of state. They arrived early and didn't stop moving the whole time. They packed the heck out of my 26 foot uhaul and secured everything. Daniel is the lead guy and he is a MOVER, not just a someone willing to do the labor of loading your stuff. He knows his stuff and took care to make suggestions on wrapping and securing any delicate items...my wife has a 6 foot x 4 foot mirror she was really concerned about, it made it from Phoenix to Denver without a scratch thanks to the care Daniel put into wrapping it with blankets etc. They actually overcharged us by an hour on accident and I didn't notice until they were already off to their next job. Before I could get around to it Daniel called ME and said it was an accident and that he had already initiated the refund back to me...he called me from the road on the way to their next job. When we got to our destination (out of state or we would have also had these guys unload our truck) we found another 'similar' company to unload. Seeing those guys take longer to unload the truck than it took to load it and watch them bang through the house made us appreciate even more the level of effort and care we got from Dignity. read more

This operation is one of the best I have ever seen. I used to work for United Van Lines as a driver in charge of a crew. I know what it means to clientele to have their furnishings cared for throughout the moving process. The crew from Mentors were exceptional in the way they handled my furnishings. The best crew and moving experience I have ever seen, including the crews I supervised when I was in the business. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in blankets and rubber banded prior to loading each piece. One of the things that make a perfect move is the communication among crew members to ensure that every item is handled carefully and correctly. I don't know what else I can say about my move wirth Mentors...They are a well oiled machine...they did everything right...I was really so impressed with the speed and accuracy of this move. Huge shoutout to Dignity Moving!My mom and I had to move out of our house a few days before Christmas and we had a lot of very heavy furniture, beds, tvs, etc. We needed to find movers to help carry all the heavy stuff because I couldn't do it by myself. We couldn't find anyone in our price range who could do it as soon as we needed. Luckily, I found Dignity Moving! Daniel Savage (owner) helped us out so much and on such short notice. He moved 3 beds, 4 dressers, and a sofa in 2 hours and also came back the next day and helped us set up our bed frames FOR FREE. If it weren't for Dignity Moving, I don't think the move would have went as smoothly and quickly as it did. We could not be more satisfied with the overall service we received from Mentors moving staff. Moving long distance from Oregon to NC was huge for us, a couple of seniors. With Mentors, we received great support, honest information and professionalism starting with the correct estimate, to the loading and unloading. The price was locked in and guaranteed--there were no hassles at all. There was no quibbling about what we would take, or any additions to the price quoted. The moving people that were hired to help the driver load and unload were local professionals; each worker was hardworking and respectful to us and careful with our furnishings. The delivery was right on time, items were placed where we wanted them in a careful but quick pace. There were 5 workers at each end--things can be done quickly where there are five. We moved from our home in Scottsdale to a new house in Chandler and Dignity could not have been more amazing!!! I've never had a move where there wasn't damage either to an item or walls/floors etc. but dignity didn't leave even a mark on anything. The way they wrap, handle, and care for your belongings and home is unlike any other company I've ever worked with. For perspective this is my 8th move in 7 years.... our team consisted of Lind, Joseph, and Dalton. Daniel the owner even came after wrapping up another move just to help out! They wrapped every piece of furniture, put a protective mat on the main walk ways through the home, wrapped door frames, bannisters, etc. to prevent any damage (to be honest they never even got close to a wall/door). I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! These guys WORK and they work FAST! There is no down time for them. I'm probably forgetting half of the amazing things they did but could not be happier! My move with Dignity Movers went absolutely great! I have moved 11 times since 2006 in Arizona and I've had to use a different moving company every single time. The next time I move, I will definitely use Dignity Movers again. Great experience, fantastic communication, they were on time, the price was solid, they wrapped all of my furniture As well. Some stuff didn't need to be wrapped and it was wrapped anyway. They took great pride in my furinture. They move quickly, they ran at times (other companies slow roll and spectate) and they got the job done with ease. Highly recommended. If you're reading this review....use them, I've used other companies and they show up hours late or add in slick charges here and there. This is the first moving company that I will give their business cards to others vs accepting business cards from other moving compamies and just tossing them. #real read more

Hired Dignity Moving in October to unload a 17' pod which was loaded in Illinois transported to Arizona and stored for 6 months. Daniel communicated very well contacting us the evening before the move-in to confirm & again the morning of the move when en route. They placed protection runners on the floors and padded the sides of the front entry door, which was a precaution greatly appreciated. Being that the pod was shipped long distance, there was some shifting of contents and boxes that were slightly collapsing. Daniel and his crew worked quickly to manage the boxes & furniture that appeared precarious & was careful with placing the furniture and boxes in their appropriate room locations. They removed all shrink wrap, set up the bed frames and put together the two-piece sofa. The team was pleasant, professional, and worked well together. These guys are the best I have ever dealt with for moving, super professional, the way they packed my furniture and the way they managed my boxes are really impressive. They took real care of my furniture, and exceeded my expectation. Daniel is the owner and is very assertive and kept his word when it comes to service. I have a narrow stair in my home with a huge mirror in the front and taking the furniture through the stair with out damaging the mirror is a tedious job and these guys just did it awesome ! We had never used a mover and were appreshensive. First of all, David Krueger, our customer service rep, was great throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way. He was so patient and always available for my phone calls......We were comfortable as soon as our movers, Andrea, Oscar, Jr. & Alex Chavez arrived. They were polite and professional. They wrapped everything in blankets and shrink wrapped many items. They were careful with all our furniture. When we arrived at our new home, they unloaded and placed our furniture exactly where I wanted it. They even set up our adjustable bed. I used Dignity Moving services today for my move. They had to do three stops. I had been renting two bedrooms for two months while I waited for the perfect place for my kids and I. So my BF stored my sectional at his place in Ahwatukee. They got my sectional loaded in about 10-15 min from the THIRD floor. Talk about fast!! Then the movers drove to my place in Chandler to load up my two rooms of stuff. Again it was done super fast! Then we went to the final destination in Mesa / Gilbert area to unload everything. They competed the entire job and 3 stops in about 2.5 hours. About 40 min was driving. So they are extremely fast and much better than movers I have used in the past. I highly recommend. read more

My company hired mentors to help move some extra furniture into storage along with cleaning out one of our retail spaces and they were the best! The retail space was even dusty and they swept after they were done without us asking. We hired them to come back the next day to install some new furniture in our building and finish moving some old stuff and they worked so hard. They worked with us from 8am - 7pm and had no problem with "working until the project was done" to use their words. Yesterday was the last day of 2016, and it was national holiday, I actually didn't expect that I can find a moving company to help me move my stuff, but these gentlemen saved my day! They showed up in the night, polite and gentle, moved my stuff all carefully and quickly. They also being so friendly and really care about what you feel. I could sense they love their job. I look for three things in a moving company: 1) good work habits; 2) punctuality and honesty; and 3) cost. Most people just consider cost, and that's where the trouble begins. With Dignity Moving, you get what you pay for and more. Daniel and his wonderful crew moved both my girlfriend and me recently and the experience was great. They professionally prepared everything with furniture blankets and shrink wrap, worked hard and never took a break, and didn't damage anything at all. they we were so nice and understanding. I got a solid quote and I expressed concern if I was able to pack some would I need another quote. they assured me I would only be charged for supplies and labor used, the quote was an estimate basend in everything I had. then my escrow close got pushed several times and they were very understanding about the reschedule. everyone was very nice, friendly and professional! only one item got broke in the move! Amazing employees in the office and the movers were so professional. We highly recommend them for your move. We went to a larger condo in Scottsdale. They took care of our furniture and personal items like they were their own items. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of their employees and most of all the respect that they gave to us even when it was getting to be a very long day. If you are moving from your home or office these are the people to call. Honest rates, and their own fleet of clean trucks. Everything you can hope for and more!! Absolutely the best experience we've ever had. We are moving out of town and today was a "load" only day as we are delivering furniture that we can't take with us to a family member. Mentors movers were on time and extremely polite and professional. The care that was taken with each piece was so greatly appreciated and amazing. Honestly, this is not our first rodeo with movers. Daniel was amazing to work with! His quick responses made me feel at ease. Although it was only a one bedroom apartment, I felt comfort with Daniel and Lind during the entire move. Everything was completely wrapped, brought down four flights of stairs, loaded into the truck, delivered and unwrapped into the new apartment and nothing was damaged or even had a single scratch on it. And between the two of them from start to finish (including the drive) was only THREE hours! The pricing was hard to beat too!! Hopefully I won't have to move again any time soon, but if I do, I will be calling Daniel and Dignity Moving again! read more

Daniel and Lyn are amazing! I called them 2 days ago, they showed up on time and went NON STOP until the job was done. They were efficient and through. They cleared out the space in record time and were even kind enough to take a detour to another location to pick up some other furniture. Our items were delicately wrapped and taped up in pristine condition. They unloaded our items quickly and safely. They are both brute men who take a lot of pride in their work ethic. My suggestion is if anyone needs movers who are fair, honest, and friendly you should use Dignity Movers. We will DEFINITELY be repeat customers! read more

I needed help in moving a 106 yr old dresser and reached out to Thumbtack. As a result, Daniel Savage responded promptly with a quote that matched another that I had gotten. He was cooperative and accommodating in arranging the move for the next morning. When he arrived he was prepared with the right supplies, tools, etc. and the dresser was wrapped and loaded within a few minutes. When we spoke to Daniel, we told him our moving date can shift since we were waiting on our final inspection, and he was accommodating every time! When the crew showed up on time, they introduced themselves and let me know how they go about planning each job. Lind, Ken, Ramon and Joseph were very professional and worked sooo hard! They did not take 1 break and had our house packed, moved and unpacked by 5:00pm. We are hoping to never move again, but if we do, we will definitely be giving these guys a call. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with. I could tell these young guys felt pressured and I actually had to tell them to stop answering because that's unprofessional. Not to mention, they charged our card before we ever authorized it. Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. No paperwork, no deposit, no insurance, he didn't even ask for my name. All big red flags, but he came recommended by my building management, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. We scheduled a time and date. I reserved the elevator in my building and told Jose that there was a hard stop because another move was happening that afternoon. He agrees on the time. Then he calls me literally the night before to ask if he could push it a few hours. I told him that the elevator reservation still has a hard stop. He said he'll have an extra guy and they can make it happen. I said OK. HE DIDN'T SHOW UP I called and texted... nothing. He finally texts me 30 minutes late... "sorry brother, still unloading my truck, thought I could finish sooner." I have no doubt others have had good experiences, but this is obviously not a real company. They have the t-shirts and the logo, but that's the extent of it. Hire them at your own risk. So, I called Camelback Moving (the company I used the last time I moved and was very happy with), and they were actually cheaper, and of course legitimately professional.
