Weddings are usually stressful occasions. In order to make it through, you need help and support…read morefrom others along the way. Without question, Keith made me and my wife feel support throughout the process of having our wedding print materials designed and ready for the big day. Without a doubt, I strongly recommend working with him for your custom print needs. To add a more personal touch to our wedding, my wife and I decided that we would have a wedding 'theme'. After giving it plenty of thought, we landed on the idea of a MTA subway concept. With Yelp's help, we landed on Keith's p8perhearts page and couldn't resist reaching out to him after looking at his impressive reviews. His communication was incredible from beginning to end. Whether we wanted a phone call, video chat, or get a question answered by email, Keith was on top of it. We also appreciated his enthusiasm for our idea, thought partnership and creativity as new drafts for each product were made. His passion for his craft is undeniable. The pdf documents he shared of the designs as we developed them together were beautiful. I've uploaded samples of them with this review to Yelp. Also important, Keith hand-delivered the materials to us in midtown. The quality of the paper he used to print the designs was top notch. Our guests were enamored with the theme we presented on our big day, and we owe a huge thanks to Keith.

If you are looking for a freelancer to do a basic job online definitely try Fiverr…read more Fiverr is an Israel based platform connecting freelancers with clients. You can hire someone to create business cards, logos, retouch photos, fix glitches on websites, create explainer videos and so on. Fiverr is specialized in low cost services. You shouldn't expect to immediately find people who can deal with serious tasks. I'm sure there are many on the platform but, honestly, Fiverr is for people who can't (or don't want to) spend much. If you need a very specific and complicated job to be done, Fiverr is probably not the best place to go with. My advice - try to find a solution on Fiverr, then if you can't - go elsewhere. Chances are you will get what you want 5 times cheaper than you expected. Customers pay Fiverr a 2$ fee per order and sellers pay 20% of their income on the platform. If you are not satisfied with the work done you have an option to accept the delivery. The payment you made will be credited back to your account. I did this only once with a guy who tried to do a job not knowing what he was doing. ATTENTION: you need to reject the delivery within the given timeframe if you are not satisfied, otherwise you automatically accept it. The majority of the orders I placed went just fine. I probably placed at least 30 orders for different services over the recent years. Freelancers can reach different levels on the platform depending on how good their work was, like "Seller level 2", "Seller level 1" etc. The status leads to greater visibility and revenue, so they seem to be really motivated to get things done well and on time to receive positive reviews (yes, there's a review system). PayPal and card payments accepted. Very good mobile app to communicate with freelancers on the go. "Fiverr" because the minimal order you can place is 5$.

THREE YEAR!!!!! THIS IS THE POOREST QUALITY SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ON ANY APP EVER!!!!!!…read more I WAS JUST TRYING TO WRITE A BOOK FOR MY DAUGHTER. I COULDN'T BE MORE ANGRY RIGHT NOW. After reporting my so-called illustrator(who was supposed to be illustrating a book I my daughter THREE years ago) at least three times I have received nothing! no compensation. no book. This woman (ANOSHA CHAAND) took my money and said she finished the order and I NEVER received anything. I got back in contact with why I hadn't received any pages and she told me that she will have to charge me an because that book is "really in demand now ". So again she decided to mark the book as complete without sending me anything and take my money like I said I reported her three times and nothing has happened and my money is stolen and I'm so angry right now. I will absolutely never use this trash company again. And if you do, please don't use the children's book illustrator ANOCHA CHAAND

I work for a union in Brooklyn and we've been printing with Radix for about a year and a half now…read more They always deal with my last minute panicked orders and always seem to make things look even better before they get printed. Also, they're just good folks in general.

Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
