We booked this experience thinking it would be similar to an art museum. Unfortunately, this is much closer to a haunted house than a museum of art whatsoever. There was a large majority of artwork, statues, videos, and photos that made me and my wife extremely uncomfortable. A lot of disturbing and unsettling images, sounds, and themes. We would like to warn anyone who is booking this experience to be wary ESPECIALLY bringing children. This place is not child friendly whatsoever, due to the subliminal messaging and creepy undertones of most of the rooms. There are many different rooms and hallways that you could lose / be unable to find a child. Spend your 51$ somewhere else, especially if you're a follower of Jesus! There are extreme amounts of Satantic themes, from pentagrams to goats. Overall, we truly feel traumatized by this experience. Extremely stimulating art experience. I went solo and had lots of fun, highly recommend!

My husband and I looved the Vegas location Omega Mart and have been dying to branch out to other locations and finally had an opportunity to do so! It's hard not to compare it to Vegas if you have been before but stand alone, this location is great! It is massive with so many side rooms, giant surprise installations and the level to detail is beyond impressive. If you are going just for visuals you will not be disappointed!! You can definitely spend HOURS here. My husband and I really got into the story line in Vegas and wanted to do the same here to try and solve it. The storyline isn't as good as Vegas for some reason. Maybe because it doesn't grab you as much and has a lot of moving parts making it almost a little too complicated. Storyline aside, the ending felt super anticlimactic... we even had to talk to a game master to figure out what to do next until she told us we completed it lol Regardless, I still highly recommend a visit! read more

Came here on a cold day to get out of the house but have fun! This place was a trip and we enjoyed walking around here for almost 2hrs! We got the Qpass and travel guide and I enjoyed trying to scan all the Qpasses to gain memories, I loved how interactive this place was! This place is very trippy. The creativity of the artists is truly amazing! There is a LOT to see and do and can be overstimulating at times. The purpose is to get "lost" in the experience so there are no maps available. The Q-Pass does add a fun experience while exploring the space, but I've also done it without the pass and it is still enjoyable. I have been wanting to go to a Meow Wolf for years - exciting to finally make it to one of these unique experiences! Despite hearing stories about Meow Wolf, nothing quite prepared me for their true eccentric nature. Each niche of Convergence Station is filled with little easter eggs to find. We came in the afternoon on a weekday, and it wasn't that crowded. I'd definitely try to work your visit around peak times because there's so many different interactive things do to here, it's more immersive when you don't have to wait to take part. Give yourself plenty of time to spend here. We gave ourselves about 4 hours, and it still wasn't enough close to enough. There is just so much to explore, so many hidden areas to find. Definitely buy the QPASS card before stepping into the elevator for Convergence Station. You can use it to scan MEMport's throughout the experience, and slowly collect all the various memories to see the whole story of Convergence. They also have food and drink for sale inside the experience if you can find it. We got a spiked slushie, and it was a great treat to enjoy while walking around. Come prepared to take plenty of pictures and ready to explore. Find the hidden doors and codes - can you get into the pizza room or play the right combination on the organ? If you're a fan of Meow Wolf already, I think the Denver location stands up to the expectation! My first experience with Meow Wolf was in Omega Mart, like many others. This location felt equally as immersive and interesting. I loved the concept of the train terminals as well. I think at the surface level (and without purchasing the extra boop card), the art exhibit are impressive and large-scale, but it's hard to get an idea of any narrative without investing into this. If you're looking for narrative here, you should definitely grab that card! You only need one per group. I really enjoyed the story and the experience at this location. Some of the taps were definitely more finnicky, or not working overall, but ultimately this was not a blocker to our experience. We were able to complete the narrative through the experience in a few hours. Unforunately, the one experience we were unable to do on our side was the two robots in the ice room. There was always a long line for photos, and the instruction/steps to complete this puzzle were extremely unclear. They would really benefit from having an employee stand by this area to help explain the mechanics to folks that don't know better. We watched multiple groups attempt this without resolution. Meow Wolf, bring back your employees in these rooms!! They make the experience so much better!! Great gift shop, probably my favorite between the locations I've visited (Houston, LV, and now Denver). read more

Wow. I did not know what to expect from this place, and was so pleasantly surprised! Think of Meow Wolf as an interactive museum/"escape" room. Besides the sci-fi themed installations, there are clues hidden throughout that require you to wander and poke around the entire place. With that, I definitely recommend spending the couple bucks to get the QPass. We were only able to spend 3 hours there due to having to catch a flight, but could have easily spent 5 hours there attempting to accomplish the "quests". My only "con" would be that some of the exhibits in the lower section were clearly of a lower caliber to the main floor's. I really enjoyed just how unique and immersive this Meow Wolf location was. Will definitely have to visit their other locations! read more

I heard a lot about this place and everyone said it was fun so we went there. First it was a total overload to the senses so if you are sensitive to over stimulation don't go. When we went in we had no idea what it was about so we were very confused as to what to do. They need to have everyone start out with some more instructions other than what they told us as we got into the elevator. I finally found a screen and noticed a tutorial video. You are supposed to go around and scan your card at little screens to collect memories. When you have them all I guess you win. We never found them all or the ones that were broken you needed. The place is huge so it could take hours to find everything. What we saw was a ton of kids just running around and touching everything. The teens we were with got bored at about 2 hours. It a very unique way to spend time if you can handle the overload to the senses. read more

My review is going to have a slightly different perspective as I was here on a corporate event with the private room. We got a wristband that allowed us to explore the exhibits normally. However, no one mentioned the QPASS to us on entry. I was halfway through the first floor, trying to yell "Boop!" into a microphone, until I looked up what you needed for the "Boop to Continue" kiosks. So... Make sure you get a QPASS. Anyway, most people know what Meow Wolf is. Kind of. I agree with the definition of "an interactive art exhibit someone designed while on shrooms." I tried navigating carefully to hit every part of the exhibit... Yeah, that went out the window when someone came out of a wall near me, and then I somehow looped back to the start while taking an unexplored path. I had about two hours there and only skimmed some of the artwork / texts and still only made it through about 1.5 floors (4th and 5th). It's a lot of fun. Tons of picture opportunities. My one criticism is that I explored predominantly solo, but a lot of the games and activities were clearly meant for two people or more. I'd definitely recommend coming with a date or a group of friends. read more

I found this to be a very unique, interesting experience! We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite crowded. I am a little bit germophobic so the combination of little kids running around and lots of dark, bizarre spaces, as well as some odd smells was a little bit off putting, but it was easy to get over. The main exhibit space is massive and inspiring, and deeply creative! I left inspired to create more of my own art. At the front desk, the information person can also give you a mission to start off your journey, which we all participated in and found that it helped us to experience the art more fully. The food is on the pricey side and I didn't find it to be that tasty, so I would say you should leave the museum to find your meal. I had a rice bowl and it was a bit bland. There are a lot of ways to move throughout the spaces and part of the fun was discovering hidden doorways and stairwells. The elevators were on the slower side but there were numerous stairs. We ended our visit with a game of hide and seek. This was actually a really fun game and a huge challenge in the Meow Wolf space. I would recommend playing hide and seek to other visitors! read more

We came here for a business event. There were two areas set up with food and drink both interesting spaces. The food was decent- I preferred the taco bar to the Mac and cheese bar. The place is interesting. People either loved it or hated it. Some spaces I found more interesting than others like the big castle, tree, and a few other spots. Otherwise I thought the place was a bit creepy- eyeballs in washing machines, big sculptures of angry looking mythical creatures, rooms filled with skulls or skeletons...and the need to touch so many doors and switches and buttons kinda made me feel "germaphobic" about all the surfaces. read more

Maybe I just didn't get it ... almost any of it? I was definitely excited to finally have the opportunity to go to a Meow Wolf, but I wouldn't return. A lot of the setup, design, art, and exhibits (if you call them that) are really nice and great art to look at and ponder about, but anything else beyond that was a big no for me because there didn't really seem to be a point. We purchased the pass (in addition the quite high ticket price as it was) and still found ourselves lost almost the entire time. I get that this is sort of the point, but when nothing really connects nor feels even the slightest bit organized and aligned, it felt like I was just finding random things with no reason or purpose. (All of that in addition to two of the things that were apparently necessary to continue on the path were not working...) Perhaps it's just a me thing, but I've spent far less at far better art exhibits, immersive experiences, and interactions than this. read more

Ive been dying to go to Meow Wolf for years. I thought I would go to Santa Fe first but this one is the only one I been to. They opened Houston after I visited Houston & the same as Vegas. So hopefully, I'll get to visit the others. Back to Convergence Station I had such a great time. I didn't realize that there was some sort of scavenger hunt type of situation going on until after & I was a bit disappointed since I love scavenger hunts. Anyway, it's huge and every floor connects to each other it's all intertwined. You can easily spend hours here. We spent about 2 hours trying to make sure we didnt miss every piece of art. We kept going into rooms and different spaces making sure we saw everything & I believe we did. We Uber'd there but I heard parking is $15 and we didn't eat there so can't rate that. But I loved how interesting the space was and I loved it. So I will start off saying I totally understand art is subjective and can understand why people would rate this 5 stars and also 1 star. For my self I will say that I don't think I understood it and unfortunately did not find it worth the price. I will also add we did not follow the storyline, but despite that I truly do not think it would have improved our experience. I'd describe it as a bit too out there and all over the place leaning towards funky/stoner art. Some parts of it were cool to see and almost every room we entered was unique. Definitely a spot that you can take pictures upon pictures. It also offers a lot of interactive parts and you truly don't know what will be on the other side of a door. In my opinion I would say it appears to be a better experience for kids, as long as it doesn't terrify them! I know based on some positive reviews and seeing others during our time here I know some adults love it, but just my thoughts. This is a place that I think you need to figure out yourself if it's worth your time/money by going and think it will be a love or hate experience. Staff we interacted with were friendly and did seem to be around if you had any questions. What a great thing to experience in Denver! I am such a fan of the Meow Wolf Franchise. I've been to the LV one and was not disappointed from the Denver "Convergence Station". If you haven't been, it's basically an immersive art installation. This one is specially themed as you are experiencing a "different worlds" travel. The minds of its creators are truly interesting. It's something you'd have to see for yourself! Even kids enjoy this as well. I really loved not knowing what I was walking into. Each floor and rooms were captivating. Must recommend: Downloading the app to enhance your experience . Go in with an open mind. And must go more than one hour to experience it! The immersive art was super interesting and really trippy, it took us about two hours to go through everything. It also made for a cool date night since there were mostly adults there, and I didn't see too many kids. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that there were some really creepy, satanic-themed exhibits with unsettling images and statues. Let me start by telling you that you'll have to pay $15 to park because that caught me off guard and ruined the mood going in. Luckily once we got inside we were transported to a new world where I quickly forgot about the unexpected parking fee. There are 3 worlds inside and if you get the qdot card you can interact with different things and take little side quests. We felt like rock stars when we got the code for the pizza door!! We spent somewhere between 3-4 hours inside and I'm pretty sure we saw everything. And if you buy a can of Omega cola you should also buy a coke, lol. I absolutely recommend buying a $4 card so you can collect memories and go on the scavenger hunt. I also purchased the little brochure thing here and downloaded the app and neither one of those was very helpful. The environment here is just absolutely crazy beautiful. They did a phenomenal job With every tiny detail. They do have some food and drink and alcohol options here, none of which we partook in since we had just come from Denver biscuit company before coming here. While I can appreciate the amount of work and effort that was put in to create this monument of junk, I've seen similar things that homeless people and hoarders create, and obviously these were some creative people, but this is an utter waste of money and the fact that they're charging $55 for a person to walk through. Meow wolf is the coolest museum I've ever been to. Grateful to have visited the Denver location. I first visited the Santa Fe location a couple months after it first opened. My mind was blown! It was truly life changing. Then a couple of years ago I visited meow wolf in Vegas. I've actually been to that one twice and to be honest it was a let down. The Vegas location had cool portals but once in the museum it just felt like plastic. And the story was wayyyy over my head. I was sooo happy to discover the Denver meow wolf was big, bright, colorful, interactive and fun! There was a story, but it wasn't crucial to having a good time.
