Delivery orders are NEVER EVER CORRECT EVER. If you want your food this is eat inside restaurant otherwise expect your order to be WRONG. This has happened to me 7 times now & if you dont check your order before you leave your going to be extremely disappointed. I even tipped & they always do the same thing. Unfortunately didn't love this place- at all? Maybe my expectations were too high from previous reviews but this ended up being very meh Greek food. I got the Chicken Kalamakia. I'm not sure if it was the seasoning on the chicken or if the meat was slightly bad? But there was an off taste with each bite of chicken. I got quinoa (for gf reasons) and the quinoa was not fully cooked and bland. The salad seemed like it was dressed with some kind of oil and a bit of lemon juice, so it lacked in flavor pretty significantly. It also had olives on top that were unpitted- fine but also weird for a salad in my opinion. I ordered the lemon broccoli. I expected some broccoli that would come with some yummy lemon/butter sauce but instead was served broccoli (not seasoned with salt/pepper or ANYTHING) + a single lemon wedge on top. Paid $8 for 4 pieces of raw steamed broccoli. Also one of my 4 pieces was totally rotten/black/inedible‍ When ordering the guy taking our order was pretty confused about a couple menu questions. They have several tables and booths inside. Drink machine doesn't have many options. I love Greek spaghetti with browned butter and mizithra cheese or meat sauce with cinnamon. The food here is very, VERY good! It is located in a strip mall near other restaurants and a Lowes. You order at the counter and they give you a table number. After 3.5 hours of driving, my friends and I were STARVING!! We asked maps what food places were around and nothing was sticking out to us, until Meraki s found us. We knew this place would be good so we trusted our taste buds and drove to the restaurant. The line was long which only meant one thing, the food is worth the wait! We split the lemon chicken soup, which was gone in 67 seconds. The gyro platter was so filling that I'd recommend splitting with someone. I split the chicken meraki bowl with my best friend and it was so scrumptious!! Also recommend splitting it with someone as the portions are big! The only thing I'd say is that the $7 up charge to add chicken was a bit of a rip off for me because it was just 1 skewer of chicken, which I feel wasn't worth $7. Other than that it was all so yummy and worth their pricing!! The ambience, the service, the location all were delightful and exceeded our expectations. So my wife and love the food here and we were so busy and hungry that I ended up ordering from Meraki through DoorDash. As I track the food and the driver I notice that the food is ready but the driver never leaves the restaurant. Then I get a notice that a new driver is assigned and they also go to the restaurant and then are there for a bit and then again I am assigned a new driver?!?! My food is over an hour late. I get a message from DoorDash that they cancelled my order and refund my money with no explanation. Then I receive a call from the manager of Meraki, I wish I got his name, and he was so sorry I didn't get my food. Apparently the first driver picked up my food and kept it! Because he noticed two more drivers come in asked for my order. That's when he realized something was up and not only took the time to call me to explain and apologize, even though it's not his fault that the first DoorDash driver stole my order. He then asked if I wanted to reorder. I said I did and that I would just come pick it up. But he said he would deliver it himself! Which he did in record time!
