So as an update to my previous posts. Ford has known about the RDU issues in the escape, and bronco…read moreand attributed it in some instances to "contaminated differential oil". My mechanic checked this oil on Thursday 6/4/26 and said it was clear meaning it was probably recently changed sometime before I took ownership at 88,686 mi. Changing this oil is also cited on Facebook and other sites as a short term fix for the grind and shudder that manifests the damaged unit. "Known issues with the 2020 Ford Escape rear differential/AWD system primarily involve clutch binding, fluid leaks, sensor failures, and inadequate factory lubrication that can cause the rear axle to seize. Many of these drivetrain problems trigger dashboard alerts or require expensive mechanical repairs".

They refused to make necessary, serious repairs that are covered by the lemon law, and not covered by my warranty. They will gaslight you and lie to your face to make a buck. I'm stuck with an unsafe vehicle that I haven't even had for 30 days. Completely unethical. They claim to pride themselves on transparent and ethical business practices, but they gave me false information when I purchased my vehicle. The claim to hold the highest standards of honesty and integrity, but refuse to acknowledge or make serious repairs that should have been done before the car left the lot. And, they will fight you tooth and nail to avoid accepting responsibility for their dishonesty. If you insist on doing business with them, take the car to a mechanic first and get an HONEST report of the vehicle's condition.

Our technician Richard was knowledgeable (and had an awesome tattoo!), and I signed all paperwork with Travis, who was super patient with my toddler. They knew I was a single mom of 3, working from home, homeschooling, etc. at a hectic time and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Camping World to anyone. The team was amazing! Thank you so much! My kids and I will have a great summer because of you! (And ps, they deliver!) God Bless! Angela Midgley

Well, I posted this review in Google and they took it down…read more Re: Camping World - Kingston, NY I normally give feedback directly to a business and refrain from posting a public review because I believe in giving people the chance to cross correct. Unfortunately, Camping World in Kingston left me no choice. I feel obligated to warn other customers, especially first‑time camper buyers , to proceed with caution, or simply take your business somewhere that values transparency and appreciates you.Our experience as first‑time buyers was a nightmare from start to finish. Our salesperson was checked out, communication was poor, and the entire process felt disingenuous. When we arrived to pick up our unit, the finance manager walked us through the paperwork and kept repeating that certain items were "included." What he never said was that these items were part of a package we never agreed to purchase. On top of that, we were charged for items that were never installed. When I questioned the contract because the numbers didn't make sense, the salesperson went to get the sales manager. His attitude and arrogance seemed to compensate for his lack of problem‑solving skills. Instead of addressing the issue, he lied, blamed someone else, and then walked away to sit at his desk on his phone.I was left sitting in an office for an hour while they tried to figure out how to "correct" the situation. Eventually, they said they couldn't inconvenience the next customer, so they offered a shortcut solution -- not a real fix, just something to get us out the door.I hadn't seen the online reviews beforehand, but after living this experience, I can say the negative feedback you'll find online is not exaggerated. It's accurate.I do want to acknowledge Ron and Jen in Parts. They were knowledgeable, honest, and the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience.
