I got the inspection done today and the experience was great. Jay, one of the owners, welcomed me to the shop, very friendly. I sat in the waiting area after they started the inspection. There was another customer there and we started chatting. He couldn't praise the guys there enough. This other customer and I started lamenting how a lot of businesses don't provide the same customer experience we were use to from when we were younger (yes, bunch of old guys lamenting the world is going to...) and he said J&J is one of the exceptions. Jay showed me some additional concerns on my car...brake and tire wear. He showed me the problem areas and said I have some time left but these expenses are coming down the pike. It was refreshing to see this sales approach...I was aware he was upselling the other services they offer and I was totally happy with that...that's what all businesses must do. It was the approach, education, and showing me why the repairs would be needed that convinced me that when I need the work to be done, I will go to Jay and his team. Well done guys and keep it up! PS: they have the cutest wall of kids pictures that puts a smile on your face.

Checked back in 45 minutes later and still no vehicle, I was told it's on the way and hes 10 minutes out. Checked back in still no vehicle, go the run around from Chad for two hours and finally left. Next day my son called to view the truck and they assured him it was there. When he arrived they tried to push another vehicle on him and after an hour run around they told him the truck the had listed sold back in March. Wasted 2 hour round trip to see a vehicle the listed that they didn't even own anymore. Chad needs to be honest and upfront. This place is why care salesman get called "dirty care salesman". Next contact was them asking my preferred method of contact which I responded email please. I waited one business day and a half for a response and had received none to responded to them I guess I can't get the price ? To still get no response . One day later went to ruges Dodge to complain in person . Online it says they open at 8:30 on the door it says they open at 9:00 I went in at 9:00 and the nice lady working the sales desk told me the manager comes in usually around 10:00 . She said the person I was emailing was their internet salesperson which doesn't matter to me I was just trying to buy a car . Maybe my review is in the wrong place but the car was on their lot that I was looking to buy. This is not my first interaction with this dealership I had left my information 4 or 5 years ago to purchase a vehicle and I had received no response and bought my car somewhere else . They responded a year later asking me if I was still in the market for a vehicle . Probably a new salesman just reaching old contacts . Anyhow that was my experience .

The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, the team comes across as fair, honest, and focused on doing things the right way. It's safe to say I'll be going back to Bolt moving forward.

I would never get a used car from this dealer again. When we looked at the car we noticed the…read morecoolant reservoir was empty right after they changed the transmission but the salesman assured us that's how a traverse is. Two days after purchasing the car it needed to get towed because the radiator needed to be replaced hence why the reservoir was empty. How did this car even pass inspection? When we called the dealer they said they wouldn't help us because we didn't have any warranty on it. They pretty much wiped their hands with the car. Since then it needed two sensors replaced and now the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. A car this bad should have never passed inspection let alone be sold at a dealership.
