Delicious food and reasonable prices. I ordered for delivery the steak and onions platter which had a steak with onions, rice and beans, avocado and cheese. Absolutely phenomenal but a little salty. I always ask about the fresh juices they usually have different flavors everyday. The coconut juice is to die for!!!! They give such a big portion to. The pork and pineapple taco was so delicious and the lime added such a great pop of flavor. Love this whole in a wall !!! The food is authentic, the service is amazing and the drinks are good. The Mexican quesadilla is made with fresh tortillas and they don't skimp on the filling. I am a huge fan of nachos and this place does them right ! They top the tortilla chips with beans, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo and tons of cheese. They have a wide menu and the staff will help you choose your meal. It's the kind of place where you can sit, have a meal and "forget about life for a while," like Billy Joel says. A plus is that they make their own refreshing drinks, such as mango or coconut. Suggestion: use navigation because it's kind of in a hidden corner off the main road, and if you blink you'll miss it. Monstrous portions for the price and great quality food. Authentic Mexican cuisine with a Tex-Mex touch on some of their plates, while most of their plates are authentic. Come here first for their Taco Azteca, it is out of this world. For only $4, you get a heaping taco, piled high with grilled steak, grilled cactus and onion. It's incredibly good, and so big that two of them will fill you up for most of the day. Their burritos are also very large, though they can get a bit dry. There is no cheese in the burrito, only rice, beans and meat and a whole lot of meat. It must be eaten with the beans and rice they serve it with because it's dry. Delivery took almost 2 hours to arrive. They were just less than 2 miles away. I didn't enjoy the my food at all! Ended up throwing it away! The tortilla wrap around the chimichanga was soggy & the entire food was cold. The chips & guacamole order was cold & the nachos were soggy. I had to call several times. They just kept saying he'll be there in 15 than 10 than 5 & finally I got my cold soggy food after waiting more than 2 hours. The excuse was that their regular driver didn't come to work & had to call for back up. They should've just told me that they didn't have delivery. Yesterday I Learned that I have contracted Covid. When I spoke with my doctor she advised me to tell anyone that I came in contact with in the past two or three days to tell them that I had contracted the virus. I called all the businesses that I visited during that time, to include this restaurant where I sat and ate. Today I attempted to reach the owner of the restaurant and left a message with the woman who answered the phone to Have him call me as soon as possible. I explained that the matter was very important, in fact urgent, and that I needed him to call me back as soon as he could. She asked for the reason for the call, and because things get lost in translation, I asked that he specifically call me back. She told me that the owner would not call unless I gave a specific reason. I told her the call was in regards to the health and welfare of the employees there. I received no return phone call as far as I know. A few hours later I called again and spoke to a gentleman who said that he was in charge of the restaurant at that moment, but not the owner. I started to explain that I contracted Covid and then I was calling to let them know because everyone needs to be tested. This man started screaming about how the whole staff had been tested and cleared and were permitted to work. I lost it. I told him that I was calling for their protection and for their well-being and that everyone needed to be tested again because they don't know what strain they were exposed to. I said this is precisely why I had asked to speak to the owner left my number, and asked again to have him call me. No other business I called responded in this manner. No one blocked me from talking to a manager or to an owner. No one said I had to give a reason for my call in the message. And they all returned my calls. Except this one. I don't advise anyone to go into this restaurant until it's been fully sanitized. All of the employees working on Sunday March 25 have been exposed to the virus, and need to be tested. read more

We ordered take out from here during the Covid shutdown...it was super authentic and the shop was cute too! We had a variety of tacos, a chicken burrito & the pork & pineapple quesadilla...all we're delicious & different. We just wish they came with nachos and salsa. All I can say is this place has amazing food and it's definitely 100 percent authentic they have aguas frescas which is truly amazing not a lot of places make them from scratch. The people are extremely welcoming and friendly. Tonight we went to Mercado Ariana Restuarant in Great Kills, Staten Island. It was not our first choice, we tried to go somewhere else but couldn't get into this other place as we did not have a reservation. We met a friend on the way out, and she recommended that we try Mercaedo Ariana. We are so glad we went. Everything is made fresh, the guacamole the chips and all the food. Everything was so delicious! It will be the ONLY place we go to now for Authentic Mexican food. The prices are more than reasonable, and the portions were huge. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating, answering any questions that we had. Delicious food! I order from here often and I am never disappointed. Last night we had the steak chimichanga, chorizo nachos, salted beef sopes, and chicken cutlet torta. I've had the tacos and guacamole in the past as well, which are great. I like that they offer Tex-mex dishes and authentic Mexican dishes because sometimes I crave one more than the other.
