The staff was friendly, professional, and made the selling process quick and easy. They offered me a fair price for my gently used items, which I really appreciated. It's a great place to give your clothes a second life while making a little extra money. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of stylish clothing. I'll definitely be back, both to sell and to shop. Highly recommend checking them out if you have quality clothes you no longer need!

Also their selection of clothing use to be mostly vintage and unique which is why I loved coming here, now sadly it's almost 50% vintage. Their quality in picking clothes has really gone downhill, shopping through their dress section today I saw about 3 dresses with big noticeable stains going for around $30, i also saw a good amount of SHEIN, Fashion Nova, and even clothes from Ross. It would be easier to understand if they were prices very cheap but $18 for a Ross top? No thank you

Unfortunately, my experience this morning was far from what I had hoped for. As I was shopping, two employees hovered closely and circled around me multiple times, fixating on my hands and arms without offering any assistance or even a shopping basket despite a few items in my hands that I was fully intending to purchase. I had my personal bag over my arm and was taking photos to share with my mom, who was also interested in purchasing items as well. Being scrutinized like this felt invasive and unsettling, especially when other shoppers in the store seemed to shop freely with their personal bags, totes, and strollers. When I questioned if there was an issue after circling around me not once, but 4 times, the 2 female employees acted confused, but their behavior was unmistakably targeted. Seeing that similar reviews from a year ago highlight the same issue, it is clear nothing has changed. This pattern of behavior feels like an enabling of racial profiling, which is deeply disappointing, particularly when the store is aiming to celebrate and promote culture through their World Cup merchandise and LA Dodger gear. As a Latina, I had simply hoped for a welcoming and appreciative shopping experience but left feeling upset and excluded. I hope this review encourages The Grove to reflect on their staff training and work towards creating a more inclusive environment for all customers. Sharing this experience with the POC communities and on social media could help advocate for the necessary change.
