I love that it is super unique-- they combined peonies, orchids, hydrangeas, succulents, roses, cabbages, and greenery into the most beautiful arrangement. I love that we never get a lack luster delivery from them, they put care into each arrangement. Delivery is also always on time. They are taking a ton of precautions right now with COVID which is appreciated. Since my last review they have also moved locations to a much nicer building (right off of 440 on Capital Blvd. It's especially beautiful at christmas with all the trees in the window. I also saw they have a flower vending machine (guessing that may be closed right now due to COVID). We wished it was a bit more hands on or maybe the stations weren't so long. We got to see sheep, goats, alpacas and llamas. They supposedly have more but we didn't see them. It's a cute little farm with a store on sight but the person working the store said nothing was made there using the products from the farm so I didn't love that and ended up not buying something. We really wanted something that would help us remember our time there. The kids all had so much fun!

The owner offered to come and pick up the arrangement again, for a refund, I guess. But I didn't feel like having my mom come all the way back home and wait for someone to pick up the flowers. It would have been an added inconvenience for us. I'm going to make an order with a bigger company next time because better customer service is offered when something goes wrong. In this case, no simple resolution was offered. This is not the company to go with when you want reliable service for an important occasion.
