I didn't receive a call at all and called in myself on Friday. I was then told that they had done the inspection earlier in the week and I guess they just decided to not let me know. They told me I needed rotors and brake pads and that it would be done the following Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning at the latest. Again, I never received a call. Stupidly, I waited until that Thurs. morning to call them. They told me that all the parts had been in, so I guess they just decided to not work on my car. Additionally, I was told that it would definitely be done by the next day. So, I called this morning, which is Friday May 22, more than two weeks after I had initially dropped my car off and was told that they may or may not get to my car today. I told them that it had been over two weeks and explained to them that on multiple occasions I had been told that my car would be done and I never received as much as a phone call. They just denied any wrong doing and told me that these things had not happened. I still have not gotten my car back. I f it's not done by the end of today I am just going to get my car and take it somewhere else.

On a separate visit, I looked more closely at the vehicles and noticed visible marring and light scratches on the paint, along with interiors that didn't appear properly cleaned or detailed. For a dealership, I would expect the vehicles to be presented in much better condition. And for them to be clean and cared for. There was also a lack of customer service, as no one acknowledged or assisted while I was inside. I've also heard similar feedback from others, which made the experience even more concerning. Overall, I had a very unprofessional experience would not recommend.

No one has objected to me using it ..... until now. This gadget shows the transfers of the titles and what the mileage was at the time of the transfer. It is Bluetooth. There is no power source at all. It only reads with the car running. The most I can do with this box is to clear the check engine light. The salesman told me that he could show me their paperwork. That only provides me with what you want me to know about the car. If you don't have faith in your product, why should anyone trust you for a honest upfront purchase. This makes me wonder if the positive reviews authentic or does their cars still works.

Va, she wasn't on a trip or visiting, she drives 150 miles one way to have Nissan North service her car and has been doing it for years! That lady drives 300 miles round trip because Nissan North service is that good.
