    Salesman were very rude. Problem with car 2 days after purchase and they wouldn't even take my phone calls.

Their automated phone system repeatedly hung up on me after long hold times -- and that was the only way I could get updates, since they never followed through on promised callbacks. My service rep, Alex, repeatedly told me he would call with updates, yet I never received a single one. At one point, he claimed he had tried to reach me multiple times, but it turned out he was calling my parents' old home number -- a line that hasn't existed for years. I have no idea how they even got that number, especially since all my interactions with them had been through my mobile phone. Not only was the communication abysmal, but the sense of urgency was nonexistent. My car sat there untouched for the entire first week because they hadn't even started diagnostics. When I called for an update, they couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system. After finally determining the car needed a new engine, I was told there was no way to get a loaner in the meantime. Then, when they said it was finally fixed and ready for pickup, the check engine light came back on immediately when they pulled it up -- right back to square one. Having no car, no communication, and then being expected to pay for something they missed in the first place is unacceptable. This dealership clearly lacks organization, accountability, and respect for its customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other Kia dealership.

    I went in to look at a used car, and immediately got the typical used car sales experience. "We…read moredon't let anyone drive the car until we've gone over numbers and come to an agreement." weird. Well, I just wanted to look at it. I did. It seems Germain had misrepresented the trim level of the car, representing it as a much higher trim level than it was. And they said "we don't let people drive THAT trim level without an agreement on numbers." When I saw the car, it's clear they had misrepresented it. Accident? Who knows. But the next day, they changed it on their web site. I didn't drive the car, just looked at it and said I'd have to think about it. I did; a day later, the sales rep thought I should drive it. I said sure. I went in to drive this somewhat pedestrian car that's just a used car, available anywhere, and they were RIGHT there with the numbers paperwork, right in my face. They wanted me to put my signature to these vague numbers without my even having driven the car. In no way will I put my name on anything other than a sales order. Sorry, that's not how I do business. I don't need any car that badly. I compare that to a few days previous when I went to look at a 2022 Corvette. The very nice young rep took my driver's license and insurance info, handed me the keys, and said "see you in a little bit." If Germain is the only Cadillac outlet in town, I guess I won't be buying a Cadillac. Buyer beware. What a scummy way to do business. I feel like I have to take a shower now to get the snake oil off of me.

UNACCEPTABLE experience for any vehicle company, but you would expect way more from Mercedes. The vehicle was new and had a trailer hitch installed that was not usable, and spent significant energy trying to remedy without success. Summary *The story is so long it exceeds the text limit. *Sold a new vehicle with a trailer hitch that is unusable. It was not level and sloped downward enough to cause a rack hit the ground when in use while driving over bumps or entering and exiting driveways. *Solution to remedy was driven by me, not the dealer. I had to push every step. *Poor communication overall from the dealer. *Lack of ownership. Each dept seems to work in a bubble/solo. Some cross group communication but no-one responsible for making sure the customer is satisfied. *Issue took over five months and costed around $1,500 for a Mercedes rack, hundreds of dollars in fuel/mileage and 15 hours of driving...... *Some good individual efforts and attempt to remedy by the Sales person and service, but the dealer as a whole has failed to deliver a solution without guidance/leadership after many months. *Time consuming and stressful experience. *Received a card from a service Manager/Liaison asking how they did. I called, left a voicemail and never heard back. Aligns with the experience. *I do not recommend Mercedes Benz or this dealership. Shiny and fancy building with attempts to take care of the customer, but complete lack of follow through resulting in a very dissatisfied customer.
