I've been taking my AMG here for 15 years and never had a problem. However, on a recent service visit to repack bearings among other things, the bearings failed which caused a problem for the brakes. Unfortunately, I was in San Fran and needed a tow to San Jose. It was definitely frustrating, but I understand things happen. And given it's the first time in 15 years, that's not bad. But the way they handled it is the reason for the 5 star - no excuses and promptly fixed it the same day. They also offered a complimentary service for my troubles without me asking. Very professional, courteous and efficient service. They opened promptly at 8:00 am and checked me in right away. I had an appointment scheduled for a service A oil change for my vehicle which took about an hour.   They also found the source of my leak. I had taken my car previously to local repair shop and they said that the leak was small and that I could watch it. But at Mercedes Exclusively they explained that it can be a costly repair if I hold off the inevitable. I appreciated the honest feedback and detailed information.   I also liked how in my receipt it had even more detailed information about their findings! It listed my tire tread remaining measurements, brake pad lining remaining measurements as well as battery health and tire pressure.   I appreciated the clean waiting area with complimentary WIFI. It's a small space but efficient. It gets a little cold inside so I recommend bringing a sweater. I was able to get some work done while waiting.   Looking forward to continue coming in for services. I've been getting my C63 serviced here for years with Mike and the quality was met every time. I saw Mike twice a year, every year because I took my car to the track and it required changing my fluids often. The experience was always welcoming. Now that Mike is no longer around, the service is not the same at all. I can no longer use my high-temp track fluids or track brake pads because new management states they only use OEM now which is not safe for my track purposes. I thought I give this place another call recently and was met with rudeness when asking for an "OEM" coolant flush, "You only need to change coolant once every 150,000 miles." I understand where he's coming from, but I track my car.. so what if I'm paying you for your services? It shouldn't matter. I'll be parting ways now. Thanks for everything, Mike. read more

Amazing service and very transparent with everything. Their prices are almost half of what Mercedes Benz themselves will quote you for a service. And they were able to take me in within a week. Their service was quick (only took a day) even helped me close my sunroof at no extra cost because the motor stopped working! I had to fix a leak in my front axel cv boot and they did it with ease at half the price of what Mercedes Benz San Jose was quoting me for. Mike was kind enough to explain everything to me and the master technician did a wonderful job on my car - they really do care about the condition and well being of the car and don't try to make things complicated or charge you extra for things. It looks like they topped off my liquids and tire pressures too and checked my tires for me. Honestly this will be my new go-to service spot for my car in case I run into any future issues. No wonder this place has so many good reviews because it really is one of the best services. Brought my 2022 GLE 350 to get checked because we kept hearing an odd noise on the right side of the front of the car. We got the brakes replaced at Keystone Auto Service but we didn't think the problem was related to that... we were wrong. Jesse helped us out on the spot, he went on a drive with us to listen to the sound and after mentioning the recent brakes service, he mentioned it could be related to that. After the drive, he checked it out and noticed one of the calipers was falling out... the shop we took it too forgot to add one of the screws and the other one was loose. Jesse put it on the lift and put new screws that he had as extras. I've never experienced so much care, professionalism and transparency at any other automotive shop- I can testify you will get the best value and quality here. Jesse has close to 30 years of experience working at Mercedes of Steven's Creek and Porche- him and Mike bring over 60 years of combined experience and excellent customer service! Unprofessional - I've never used Mercedes Exclusively for service before, but I could tell it was poor service after just one phone call. I asked the woman who answered the phone twice for an estimate on a specific repair, and she was rude. I understand that a diagnostic fee may apply if they need to inspect the vehicle first--but if you're a professional, you should have a rough idea of the cost for a common repair. And even if you can't provide the estimate without a diagnosis, there's no reason to be rude or raise your voice to a customer. I'd rather pay more for respectful, professional service elsewhere. read more

Based on Yelp and CarFax reviews, I decided it was a pretty safe bet to try Mercedes Exclusively for my first Mercedes oil change. I'm deciding to go with 5,000k oil change intervals instead of the 10,000k recommended by Mercedes. When I called on two occasions to ask about prices and then to make an appointment, each time I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful woman. The day before the appointment, the same person called to confirm my appointment. I arrived to Mercedes Exclusively and was helped by Mike. He was also very friendly and got me checked in quickly. The waiting area was clean with tables, power outlets, and a charging cord with multiple connection types. After leaving, I found a few packets of courtesty sanitizing wipes along with the business card of the technician that worked on my vehicle. I thought that was a very nice touch and also keeps each technician accountable for their work. I will definitely be returning to Mercedes Exclusively. Their prices compared to the dealership along with excellent customer service has earned my business moving forward. read more

I was impressed at how fast they replaced the radiator, water pump, and serviced my C320 transmission (I'm the original owner and the car has just under 180,000 miles - it's been a very good car ). I am disappointed as a customer that you would accuse and assume that a customer would be using it to hide behind a bad motive. 2. My brake had been checked on prior and does not need to be changed. Unless you have photographic proof, I don't believe I have the need to change it again. 3. I had put my faith in you as a professional mechanic. I do not feel seen, heard, or understood. I don't need to elaborate more on that. I also very much do NOT appreciate your hostile attitude. I don't need that. You've also made your Yelp and your shop feel like quite a hostile platform/place. You accuse your customers of being absolutely horrible when they're just giving you an honest comment about their experiences in their Yelp reviews. 4. As someone who works in customer service, I would hope that you would be accommodating to your customers. it would have been helpful to see that you were open to growth/improvement. My long over due update: I forgot to mention that the Benz dealership wanted $1600 for 4 new breaks and rotors. 1.5 years later Tony replaced my front breaks, NONE of the rotors. When I finally sold my Benz the Summer of 2018, it was still riding on the factory rotors and rear breaks and it was around 67K miles. read more

I have had my E350 (2014) serviced by Tony and Mike for about 5 years. Excellent, transparent and honest pricing with Mercedes exclusively. About a year ago, I got my seatbelt wrapped around my driver seat. Could not unlock the seatbelt. It was last Christmas season and after about 10 minutes they got it back to normal without charge. This week my auxillary battery light on and off. Brought it in and fixed it that day. Great service! The only negative I would say about them has been corrected since they have moved to Scott and Walsh Avenue. Their old place which was closer was a very tight parking lot and difficult to get to during rush hour. Good location move. read more
