The nature meets wood and brick aesthetic is so purposefully laid out and when the eye cruises across the landscape it's so satisfying!! We had a LOT of drinks, but the jade river, el toro rojo, and pacific muse were our favorites. The drinks are priced pretty well ($12-$14) and the service was very prompt, always cleaning up empty glasses and clearing space for more people to sit. The "caramelized onions" were definitely more sauteed, with still a bit of crunch, and otherwise I could really only taste the barbecue sauce, which was tasty, but I would have liked some more varied flavors. My chicken sandwich was... a bit disappointing. Rather than a chicken piece that appropriately fit the bun, it was more of a chicken strip, with bites that would only yield bun. In addition, because the chicken piece was so small, it was also extremely dry, which is a bummer because I actually thought the breading was very tasty. The chipotle aioli was decent, but didn't pack as much spice or flavor as I was hoping. And with only two toppings and a sauce on the whole sandwich, I was disappointed that the tomato was rather mushy and didn't seem fresh. I will say the fries that came with our sandwiches were crisp and well seasoned, and somewhat unfortunately the best part of my meal. Based on our experience, I didn't hate our dinner here and if someone invited me to meet them here, I wouldn't say no, but I'm also not going out of my way to revisit.
