Employees were friendly and we ordered the quiche Lorraine, almond brioche, and 2 kouign amann pastries. The kouign amann was my favorite as it was soft but chewy with great flavor. Kind of like baclava consistency and flavor. The almond brioche was super moist and completely covered in burnt almonds. It was really good. My son crushed the quiche and it was super dense and flavorful. Black and green ice teas were good. Additionally, the restroom was super clean and smelled good (weird I know) but I think we you take care to make sure your whole place is nice and clean, it totally adds to the experience. He also shared that they usually have French music playing that the owner grew up with, but unfortunately that wasn't available today. It was so fun talking with Richard about music. He is such a cordial, lovely, and talented young man. I also learned a lot about the food/menu and the pastries. The lamination on the baked goods is surreal.
