sorry for the delay. life gets in the way. like i said…read morebefore we believe in customer loyalty. frank responded to our concerns by informing us of what was going on i the office. we felt in good hands as he guided us through options for a new heat pump system. old hvac was 15+ yrs. explained we could upgrade n not change ducting. 2024 tricky at first was a very humid summer but system did its job they adjusted fan speed to get rid of humidity. winter system overheated at first but balanced itself. winter 2025 system worked fine down to 29*f. since they fixed app to show outside temp learned how to get the most out of system. when temp and dew point are near freezing if humidity is above 70*. system will defrost more often. so use home heating. thanks for help frank

He talked for 3 minutes straight about how the control board was bad. Unreal. I told him the neighbors guy came over opened the thermostat and crossed rented wires back and it came on immediately. How do I explain that Ivan? He Never apologized never offered any money back he even tried to to argue with me that if he got us a $9000 unit that it would work even tho the wires would've still been crossed!!! He argued with me the entire phone call his ego couldn't let it go. I said Ivan the wires were crossed in the thermostat!! That was the problem not the control board!! HE STILL ARGUED WITH ME saying it was still the control board! He charged us $400 and the guy never even opened the thermostat!!! You could literally see the two red wires looked like an X anybody that knows anything about A/C would've figured it out! Now every time he came to my house in the last 4 years I think he scammed me but I don't have proof. This is the only time I have 1000% proof. It's like a scam show where they cross two wires and see what the company says and then some lady comes around the corner with a microphone saying you're on nbcnews why are you trying to scam us.
