Of the times I've seen him, he has placed my rib back in place many times. He has fixed a migraine that had lasted days. I once had the worst stiff neck ever that lasted 3 days and I couldn't turn my head all the way one direction. Not like it was painful to do so, but I physically could not get that direction. He did 3 different maneuvers and within seconds I could feel the pain subsiding and I could finally turn my head again. I had some muscle pain from not treating more quickly that healed over the next few days but the excruciating pain and limitation of movement were gone. I've had a fever that broke within an hour of treatment and honestly there's probably more. He's always polite and honest about treatment. I love Dr. Donna and Dr. Loney both. They're just super kind people that obviously care and know what they're doing.

Also, I know I am not a wounded veteran and there is nothing special about me, and yet when I have a situation that I have been dealing with for almost 6 months, it seems like there is not a hurry to get this taken care of. The pain at times is excruciating and all I am wanting to do is get some help. It's to the point where it seems like I have to get another job that offers insurance, so I am able to find a doctor outside of the VA. First off; if your office opens at 8 am how is someone to call and speak to someone prior to that time ? That's a ridiculous statement to make. Especially when all your correspondence states you must speak to someone, not leave a voicemail. Secondly, what is your CoVID policy? Not sure if you are any different than any other provider; but most people don't want people with CoVID in their office. In the past 2 years, I have not once left a bill open ; you have NEVER had to bill me as I pay In full at the time is service. I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism portrayed today and will not ever return to this office; and I will make sure to post this review. Do not bother to bill me as I will NOT pay for a missed appointment when the phone call was made in the time frame allotted and I have CoVID! You might want to retrain your front desk staff.
