She is really nice but she tells you if your vision is not doable so you don't waste your money. She makes helpful suggestions but will do what you prefer. Her prices are reasonable. If she can't do it on your timeline, she just tells you and sends you off. We asked her to do something that might not be doable and she told us up front that there was a significant chance it would not work out so she was not recommending it because it was questionable and let us make up our minds about taking the monetary risk.
