From the moment I called them, so frazzled from having a tree knock off my car bumper, Jimmy was so reassuring and I knew that I would be alright! When I walked into their shop, Jany, their receptionist greeted me warmly, and they have a tiny aquarium with mini frogs at reception! Did a great job on my car, which needed a new bumper after being hit by a school bus while parked. (Thanks Supertrans! -_-) Dealing with Gus was a lot better than dealing with the at fault's insurance. Dropped my car off on a Saturday, it was ready by end of day Wednesday and I picked it up Thursday morning. While polishing the rear third of the car so everything matched, they managed to get the sap stains off that my husband never took care of after parking my car under a tree. 100% would use them again, but hopefully it won't be on my dime. read more

Words can't express how amazing this place is and how grateful I am for the impeccable work they've done. More than $6k worth in damages was done to the side of my car, and Gus and his team made it looking brand new! They were also super nice in helping me secure my rental car for the duration of the repair and again, coordinating this with my insurance company. Overall, I had a really good experience with this body shop. They were highly professional and treated me with respect. Most importantly, the work they did on my car was fantastic. They aren't cheap, but they don't rip you off either. You get what you pay for here: quality, experience, and good customer relations. Some highlights below: 1. Their front-desk receptionist is quick, friendly, funny, and courteous. 2. The facilities are clean and all the mechanics seem friendly and approachable. 3. Gus, one of the head mechanics who took care of my car, was really helpful in getting my insurance company to pay for the vast majority of the repair costs. He was also pretty responsive, and would usually call or email me back within 24 hours if I had a question or concern about the car. 4. I paid about $750 for a repair that cost almost $6,000 - they advocated on my behalf with my insurance company to facilitate the vandalism claim (my car had been vandalized and ended up with a bunch of dings and scratches). 5. They work they did was incredible - they repaired and re-painted just about every panel on my car. It all ended up looking brand new. One word of caution: make sure you have good communication with them regarding how much you are willing to pay for your car repair out of your own pocket. I had an accidental miscommunication with them and ended up paying a bit more than I thought I would. This wasn't their fault, but it's just something to keep in mind whenever you plan on spending big money to repair something like a car. read more

This place was absolutely terrific. I knocked the side mirror off my Jetta. instead of replacing the whole thing like others said had to be done, Angelo told me German cars' mirrors come in pieces rather than a single unit, and he could have it rebuilt, with only a new light and then using the undamaged pieces. He investigated it closely, then gave me a detailed quote that was far lower than the other estimates I got, lower than I'd even hoped. Everyone was friendly and professional throughout, and they got the part and did the service very quickly. When I picked it up, it turns out they also had covered a chip in the mirror's paint and buffed over a scrape I got in the original debacle, which I hadn't expected, and the price they'd quoted me stayed the same. I've had body work done a few times over the years (not a great reflection on my driving, eh?) but the work done by Gus and the crew has always been first class. They completely handled the insurance company and got me a completely fair settlement. My car looked great. The last trip was an eye opener - they've got a new wheel balancing and alignment machine that gave results that were hard to believe. When I got my car back in January it seemed be running smoother than I'd remembered. Then last week I got an oil change and tire rotation from my regular service station and went for a drive over the weekend and could not believe the general vibrations I was experiencing. I have had several other cars requiring body work in the past, never have they come out as good as these guys did for me. Some careless driver crashed into my brand new Infiniti, leaving me feeling hopeless that it could be restored to its original condition.
