The woman at the front was incredibly rude and said she had no idea and "didn't know what to tell me". After I finally got in, I was supposed to just get laser on my lip. She suggested an additional area of treatment, without telling me it was going to double the cost of the service. I don't think I was very well treated. The woman seemed to be super knowledgeable, but the customer experience was horrible.

The reason I was charged more was because Dr. Blankenship talked about medication with me. Literally just talking about a medication warranted another $150. She did prescribe a cream for melasma, which was $15 at the pharmacy, however now I owe $150 more just because we discussed it. If you are concerned about cost, I would advise asking about pricing before and during the visit. Our health care system is so broken.

They are dentists that are truly passionate and legitimately care about their patients, their community, and the work they do. They're a family practice which is becoming less and less common, even through the valley. They care about doing right by their patients and are truly focused on dental health. I will always appreciate that they have NEVER prioritized upselling or trying to get people to do something because it'll make them more. On top of that, Ryan does some of the BEST aesthetic dental work I've seen. Overall, they're just great people and great dentists.
