I had intended to make an appointment and come back at a later date but the girl said she could fit me in as soon as she was done with her current client, so I stuck around. My brows are fairly sparse and I was looking to add a bit more arch to them and get a recommendation on make up to use for them. The girl who did the brow wax was very nice and talked me through everything she was doing. She used a new wooden stick for each dip into the wax so it was sanitary. It really didn't hurt much. I had watched a few videos beforehand so I kind of new what to expect. After the waxing, my brows seemed so thin and small but that's not her fault. I just don't have much for brows to begin with. She used a little make up on them (Benefit, of course) and they looked fine. She gave me a slip to take up to the front counter to pay and I was able to leave her a tip on my card. Overall, the experience was great, but I probably won't do it again just because my brows don't really need it. I can get by with just plucking them at home.

I immediately called Rogue and they got me in super quickly (a few days later). Here's what Gina did that made me worship her hair skills. Correction: She shot down my dream of purple hair early on. We needed to get my hair back to some semblance of healthy before we did any more lifting of color. She then said she had to dye my hair orange to get the brown to adhere. That was an interesting look for the 10 minutes I had it. Dye Job: She gave me the most awesome brown color of all time. She had to put a lot of blue in it to counter all the junk I'd done to my hair and let me tell you, it resulted in a super cool color. Hair Cut Correction: I just had the worst haircut done at a really expensive salon and I was pissed. It was so bad I was wearing it up. Gina did a little mini trim and corrected everything so I can now wear it down without looking and feeling stupid. Personality: She doesn't suck to talk to for a few hours, actually, she's a ton of fun to spend time with. This makes the experience way more enjoyable. I usually spend the hours at a salon praying the stylist will stop talking or finish. I didn't this time. If you want to do anything to your hair and want it to look awesome and especially if you want to do something really unique to your hair, this is the place to come. I haven't had Melissa touch my hair yet, but I saw her working and I'd gladly have her do my hair too.

Unlike a number of local salons, the folks at Rogue LISTEN when you talk about what you are looking for, be it color, cut, style, all of the above. They offer their experience to make your hair the BEST. The prices are commensurate with the skills - you truly do get what you pay for. Yes, they rock the fun colors, but I've seen them do 'corporate' hair, as well - the depth of colors they can get from 'chestnut' is amazing. I will continue to sing the praises of Rogue :)

Before I rip this place let me say that if you need a cut on Sunday last second sure this place can…read morehelp you out but would I recommend someone to come by here absolutely not. First off the service was not that great. Which I'm starting to see is typical for a lot of barber shops in the area unless they are run by decent gentlemen (i.e Tapers on Terrill Mill). My cut was "finished" in 30 minutes and the line up wasnt even that great. I asked to take my beard down and the barber scoffed and left long hair patches in my beard. My line up was great in the back and sides because I got a high fade so theres nothing to line up. Instead of lining up the front of my head. Guy put some synthetic hair crap in and was pretty much like "you're re good." I washed my head with conditioner like he said this morning and now you can see clear as day he didnt even try. Had it not been for an overdue need I would have waited until Monday. If not for feeling incredibly rushed I'd have made the barber fix his screw ups. So like I said Id wont recommend this place to anybody if guy in the first chair on your left is your option. Not worth it. Go to Furious Styles instead its pricey but at least the attention to detail is there. If you can make the drive go to Tapers in Marietta those guys treat everyone like a regular. Cutz 24/7 should only and always be an absolute last resort. I know I'll never go there again. Good luck to anyone that does.

He didn't even touch my top as I asked. Felt like he was in a hurry as he was the only barber when I went. The waiting area is a weird layout. Only reason I gave it two stars is because the place was urban and up to date. It's not worth the price. Felt like a $9.99 haircut. He didn't even use a straight edge for a $15-$20 haircut.

My mom has been going to the salon for over 4 years and she sees McKenna everytime. We are always satisfied with how our nails look when we leave the salon. I chose Three-13 Salon because they are a certified Great Lengths salon and was told they give…read more113% Guarantee. Based on that, I expected a premium service and a company willing to stand behind its work. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I invested approximately $1,400 in Great Lengths hair extensions and services & products for my only son's wedding in Alaska. The salon knew this was a once-in-a-lifetime event and that I would be leaving shortly after my appointments. My initial installation by Gabriellia was unsuccessful, so I was scheduled with their Global Elite Stylist, Traci, for my first corrective reinstall. The salon repeatedly emphasized that Traci had over 40 years of experience. During that appointment, Traci removed my extensions using Great Lengths bond remover and then installed approximately three new packs of extensions without first washing or clarifying my hair. Before I left, she instructed me not to wash my hair for 48 hours, leaving the bond remover on my hair, scalp, and newly installed extensions. I left believing everything had been corrected. I even emailed the salon thanking them for resolving the first installation issues and complimented Traci on what I believed was a job well done. Little did I know that by the following morning my extensions would begin failing. Within 48 hours, I had virtually no extensions remaining on one side of my head and developed contact dermatitis after the bond remover remained on my scalp. I immediately contacted the salon and explained that I had followed every instruction, including not washing my hair and using my boar bristle brush. The salon scheduled me with Pierce for a second corrective reinstall. I again expressed my concern that the bond remover had never been washed or clarified before new extensions were installed. Instead, I was told that wasn't the cause and was asked what shampoo I used. I explained my hair had never been washed since Traci's appointment, so shampoo could not have caused the immediate failure. During that visit, the manager called Traci at home to ask what products she recommended, and based on that conversation I purchased the Caviar shampoo and conditioner they instructed me to use. Pierce replaced only the bundle that had completely fallen out. The extensions continued falling out. While traveling to Alaska, a flight attendant handed me two extensions that had fallen onto the airplane floor. By the time I landed, about ten more had slipped out. By my son's wedding, I had no extensions remaining on one side of my head, and they continued falling out throughout the wedding. By the time I returned home, fewer than ten extensions remained. The most heartbreaking part is that these memories cannot be recreated. I will forever have photographs from my only son's wedding showing my hair falling apart during one of the most important days of my life. After returning home, I continued emailing the salon and sent photographs showing well over 100 extensions had fallen out. When I requested a refund, I was told the only solution was another reinstall. I repeatedly asked what would be done differently but never received an answer. Instead, I was expected to trust the same Global Elite Stylist again. I also repeatedly requested a complete itemized accounting of the charges made to my gift cards. Despite multiple requests, I never received a complete accounting and was eventually told the salon would no longer respond to emails asking the same questions. Wanting answers, I contacted Great Lengths USA directly and recorded the conversation. I explained exactly how my first corrective reinstall had been performed. Based on the information I provided, I was told that leaving Great Lengths bond remover in the hair without washing and clarifying it before reinstalling new extensions is what caused my extensions to fail. I was also told the hair must be "squeaky clean" before new extensions are installed so the keratin bonds can properly adhere. Great Lengths extensions are advertised to last up to five months. Mine lasted approximately 10 days. Timeline * April 24 - Consultation with Gabriellia * May 8 - Initial installation * May 14 - First corrective reinstall with Traci * May 18 - Second corrective reinstall with Pierce * May 20 - Left for Alaska * June 6 - Fewer than 10 extensions remained This review reflects my personal experience and is supported by emails, photographs, receipts, and a recorded conversation with Great Lengths USA. Upon request.
