I callled Nasons to see what they might have stock or able to get stock sooner but other brands had different measurements and I was stressed about it fitting. A week later I inquired by email about a delivery date, Kristina said she had left on vacation (which she let me know she deserved) and didn't get my email until she returned. She asked me if I had laundry appliances to be hauled away and I told her no (SIX TIMES). When I finally insisted that she write it down she said she would write it in capital letters across the invoice... guess what? When the delivery guys came (they were very professional) they asked where the haul aways were - clearly, on the invoice, it said "2 haul aways". I have still not been credited for the haul away that I paid for but did not need more than two months later. When I canceled the remaining 4 appliances that I had ordered (Kitchenaid backorder, not on Nasons) Kristina asked me if I had any laundry appliances hauled away... can't make it up. I reminded her how many times we went over this and she said she must be "slow in the head." Obtaining the rebate forms was another fiasco - first they said they would help me with them, then they said they would mail me the forms (they did... they were the wrong ones), then they had to change the date of the invoice because the original invoice was not eligible for the rebate on the form they sent me. Mitch (my salesman) was absolutely absent (never returned my calls) after he made the sale. Now they are telling me $11,277.35 - $8863.05 = $2389.05. Funny, my calculator says $2414.05 but what does the lowly customer know? My mind must be doing the old math. I have tried to be reasonable but seriously, if you go to Nasons, be ready for a circus show.

As a result the delivered refrigerator screen is showing red error messages along with no running water/ice As the filter is needed for said function. Purchase was made on a Thursday, delivered on Saturday morning. Gentleman who installed said they would reach out and have a representative deliver the filter same day. After doing my own due diligence after not hearing any follow up, I called in and spoke With a Maruszczak representative, who offered no apology. Simply stated that I myself could make the drive to pick Up the filter today or would have to wait until Monday for someone to be able to drop one off. Perhaps I expected too much, but when you pay in full for an appliance along with a delivery and install fee, don't you expect to receive said appliance in its full working condition? I simply asked if I took the time to make the trip up today, could a spare filter then be included -"Nope." We love the fridge, but The reality is we will be looking at red error messages and no water/ice feature for the duration of the weekend because The company we purchased through failed to assure it was installed or present prior to its delivery preparation.

No one called to say there was a delay--I had to call multiple times just to make sure my microwave would arrive so my contractors could keep working. I kept following up to confirm delivery, and when the time came, they said my microwave was in but didn't mention that the stove had arrived too. I had to push for both to be delivered together. As for the dishwasher I ordered at the same time, it's been delayed three times, and no one ever reaches out. Every time I call for an update, I'm told they'll text me when delivery is scheduled. At one point, they even asked if I wanted them to contact our rep--really? I get told not to yell when I haven't even raised my voice yet, though by now I guess I am. This is our third delay, and they keep blaming it on the fact that I ordered black stainless steel. If that's the case, why does APT's website say it's available in a week, and Home Depot in two? And when we came back in 2 days to buy a machine, she was helpful again, both in helping us make the purchase and in scheduling delivery. It was delivered in 2 days, and has been delighting my husband ever since. (It's an LG this time, and sings a little song when it starts and stops. Cute, right?) The delivery was okay up until I watched the delivery guys notice that the stove has a ding in the stainless steel on the side of the control panel. I watched them observe the damage and try to do things to make it look unnoticeable from my window. Of course they continue to bring the stove into my house and set it up like nothing ever happen. They never mention the damage hoping I wouldn't notice it. I never said anything because I needed the stove badly for the cooking holiday dinner and my last 1 year old stove caught fire in my house so I didn't have time to waste on getting another one delivered. It was cosmetic damage and didn't effect the performance of the stove. I had to mention this so others are aware on how shady these delivery people can be so can't trust them. Make sure you go over your delivery and watch them like hawk from time they are taking the product off the truck until the time they want to sign off on a successful delivery.
