The delivery process went great - The gentleman from the apparent outside contracted delivery service were kind and careful. After installation it was found that Maruszczak Appliance did not include/forgot the refrigerators filter, which comes standard with purchase. As a result the delivered refrigerator screen is showing red error messages along with no running water/ice As the filter is needed for said function. Purchase was made on a Thursday, delivered on Saturday morning. Gentleman who installed said they would reach out and have a representative deliver the filter same day. After doing my own due diligence after not hearing any follow up, I called in and spoke With a Maruszczak representative, who offered no apology. Simply stated that I myself could make the drive to pick Up the filter today or would have to wait until Monday for someone to be able to drop one off. Perhaps I expected too much, but when you pay in full for an appliance along with a delivery and install fee, don't you expect to receive said appliance in its full working condition? I simply asked if I took the time to make the trip up today, could a spare filter then be included -"Nope." We love the fridge, but The reality is we will be looking at red error messages and no water/ice feature for the duration of the weekend because The company we purchased through failed to assure it was installed or present prior to its delivery preparation.

My whirlpool refrigerator was not dispensing ice or water. We paid the service fee, they blamed my R/O system. We called our R/O company, paid an other service fee and they said everything was fine. Get appliance pro back and this time they say it the control board. Another $700. Ordered it, came back to install and was here 2 hours trying to get it to work. The tech said he had to reprogram/rewire the new board in order for it to work. Mind you, 3rd visit here as well as the R/O company = 4 days off work. All of a sudden, it quits making ice. Call them back and the same tech says the dispenser was frozen because he had the door open too long when he was here... ok sure. 3 weeks later, no ice again. Come back today, visit 5, and tells us the fill tube heater is out and it will cost $2210.98 to repair. Serious??? That's $3000. They really must have mistaken our kidnesss as naïveté. Tech then has the nerve to tell me that is probably what caused the board to go bad, (even though it was still making ice before the board was replaced). Why wasn't this discovered during the diagnostic we paid for?? No ice issues before the control board and the tech's rigging of it to make it work. That's most likely what caused the short, Shame on you for trying to get us to pay for your techs incompetence. Scam business! Avoid them at all costs!!

Well, right in the (hopefully) middle of the pandemic I discovered I could no longer connect to the internet. After receiving my vaccine months later (I'm immune compromised) & took it into the Geek Squad service desk that is within the Customer Service area. (A really polite, masked salesperson directed me to where I needed to go.) I realized I was supposed to make an appointment, but thought maybe they would at least let me do that while I was there. There was only one Geek Squad rep who was taking care of another (very demanding customer about his phone). Eventually, as I was thinking about leaving so I could go home & make a valid appointment to come home, when one of the customer service ladies told me she could help me and waved me over. I apologized for not having an appt.,but she very politely told me not to worry. Honestly, I could go into all the details of our conversation but I'd rather just say it was a pleasant experience. Ranae (CSR) was helpful & it was decided that they would back everything, wipe the computer clean & reload all my software. It cost me $8.00 to purchase a thumb drive. (I didn't have to do that since I have backups on the cloud, but I'm extra careful. That was on Friday and by Sunday early afternoon I"d received a txt message letting me know I could pick up my laptop. It linked me to a site that had me make an appt window to pick it up. Matt, my CSR this time went over what had been done and was also great. We were done in about 10 minutes time. I got home and not only was my computer able to do what it hadn't before, but, they had also reloaded many of the items they said I could potentially lose. I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for this store because Ive shopped here many times & I've never experienced pushy or bad salespeople. If I tell someone I don't need help, they leave me alone. Yet, if I so need help I always get it and have never felt like I was being pushed to buy one thing over another. Because of this, I've probably spent at least $15,000 over the years from a 4K 60" tv to an $8 32GB thumb drive.

I was pretty busy on December 31 & January 1 because of the holiday. I was barely home. But on January 2, while I was home and nursing a hangover, I looked over at my new oven and thought that the display was rather small. I walked over to it and did not see a clean button. So I got the instructions out to find out how to start the self cleaning function. This was $1000 oven, and there is no self cleaning function!!?? I had no idea they even made ovens nowadays that don't clean themselves. So I called the 800 number, and long story short they told me since it was past 48 hours, and I did not use a Lowe's credit card, and because it was installed, I am stuck with the oven I bought. I repeated to the rep on the phone, you're telling me that the oven I just bought and was delivered on December 30, three days ago, while the past two days have been a holiday is not returnable and there's nothing you can do? And he said yes, there is nothing I can do and said if he did start an exchange, he would potentially lose his job. So we ended the call, and I just accepted that I'm going to have to get down on my hands and knees and clean this oven like it's 1970. The installation guys did not use the gas piping that was purchased with the oven because they said mine was sufficient, so they told me I could take it back to the store for a refund. So I did. And when I mentioned to the girl at the return counter that I was shocked this oven did not have a cleaning function and I tried to return it, but was rejected, she said, let me get my manager for you. Within 15 minutes, Sara arranged delivery for a similar oven and also arranged for the one I purchased to be picked up. She didn't charge me a restocking fee. She didn't charge me another delivery fee. I just paid the difference for the oven which was about $70. When I called Lowe's customer service, they did not suggest that I check with my local store. I'm so glad that I did. I honestly didn't think it was going to make a difference, but I figured the worst they could say was no. And now I have a very similar oven that cleans itself. The rest is in the dishwasher! Thank you, Sara and thank you to Lowe's for making me a very happy girl.

I call our local plumber. He says pipes are not corroded. Lowe's delivery guys leave! Lowe's has unacceptable customer service issues. Buy elsewhere.

At least eleven phone calls later (possibly more; they couldn't remember them all!), many many false promises from employees that the couches were on their way from the warehouse (or being build or on the truck, etc.), my parents were FINALLY informed at the end of November that the couches hadn't even been built yet! The delivery date for the couches has been pushed out at least three times! At this point the couches won't even be done being made until mid December. Apparently these specific couches are very popular! A manager has blamed many of the employees for not knowing how to read the computer. One employee even told them, when asked by my parents for a corporate number, that it "doesn't exist," that there isn't one that they can give out. My father later found one online and was able to reach corporate. My parents were initially only refunded the shipping costs, but have since been told they will be credited more money.

Then he offered tomorrow, but again, I'm at work till 10pm. He then offered to call me later today to set up delivery time, but I'm at work till 10pm. I personally feel that it would of been a lot easier to set up delivery time before trying to deliver it to my house. 2nd Edit: well since no one took the time to arrange a time for my sofa delivery, I decided to take it upon myself. So I called the store and spoke to a confused man. Then a different man came on the phone and asked if he could call me back later. Weird, but ok. Then the first man came back on to take down my name number. Yesterday they were all about delivering my sofa, now today it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal.
