I was shopping in the Via Colinas little ally way and OMG.. I didn't really know this place was open for everyday eating, and the lady who owns the store next door told me to grab lunch there. She couldn't stop raving about how amazing the food was.. Well she was right. It was Taco Tues. specials and THE BEST ever. She even makes her own chips from scratch. She told me every item on the extensive menu is done from scratch. EVERYTHING... Food was awesome.. The table next to me stayed dirty is the only thing I could say, and the staff were not busy, so I hope she reads this. But other than that, I'm still sticking by the 5 stars since the food was incredible! Also that Via Colinas shopping is sooo great now. Really great stores in there now.. Where should I begin? Patty and her amazing team catered my wedding on June 1, 2013. They exceeded my expectations and absolutely knocked it out of the park! Patty is a doll. The food is bomb but the service sucks. I truley believe that the young lady who works at the register should stay in the back until she learns how to properly greet repeat customers and smile. They dont open when they say they will, they dont take down order times correctly, and they dont thank me for my large ticket purchases that my company makes quite often.
