This is a two chair shop open from 7am to 7pm which I love because I can get my haircut before work and have my lunch break to actually EAT. The guy here does a really good job and is super friendly. Well, this is my first hair cut in the States , I usually have it done whenever I go back to India and my hair is not easy to deal with . I tried to give this palace a try and we did start on a wrong foot , I had the appointment scheduled for 7AM, which means I was up at 6, drove this place in this cold, waited for 20-25mns and then he arrived when I was about to leave ( this I regret much later ), asked me how I wanted it to be done , I went with usual side shorts and volume at the top ( simple stuff right ) , it was all on except that the hair on the front is completely stripped and I had no idea what was going on since I was made to face the other way from the mirror, if I had seen what was going on I would have stopped there . So I wasn't really happy with this place , may be it is just me or my hair but will think again before I get my hair done here . read more

I was honestly stunned leaving this barber shop. Here was my experience: I am new to Houston, I wanted to find a real barber shop where I could get a buzz and a line up. Line up with a razor as it should be -- not a trimmer. I received the patchiest cut of my life, I mean in a pinch I could have done better myself with a sheers ( I have ). When I returned home I literally had family asking me if i just cut my hair myself and pointing out the spots he had missed. Front hairline big spot - side big spot. I asked him to just cut my face with hair trimmer as to not get too close...missed a bunch of spots on my neck, completly forgot under my lip... like this couldn't have been more of a train wreck... It took maybe a total of 14 minutes... Maybe he didn't like me I have no idea but honestly the worst hair cut i've ever received. I know they do straight razor but there was no line up... no nothing... and the kicker It was $30 dollars.... let me reiterate $30...for the patchiest buzz I've ever had with no line up... I would have been better off buying a sheers and doing it myself - and I would have saved money... Long story short made me look worse then when I arrived tons of missed spots no line up..and way overcharged me. read more

I came here to get a fade and trim off the top. When the barber sat me in the chair, I realized he stank of weed (I should have just left right then). The fade he did was fine, but he evidently did not know how to cut the top of my hair. He tried to send me off without blending the top at all, and I had to try to explain to him what blending was. I left the shop with uneven patches of hair. Dude was probably stoned out of his mind. Be very careful coming here. read more
