She would send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. She also goes the extra mile with Bucky - I can tell that he loves spending time with her and that she takes the time to bond with him. When Bucky was sick, Anna took care of him and even cleaned up after him. She went above and beyond what we asked her to do, and I know Bucky appreciates it. We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.
