She was a bit nervous at first, but the groomer was very patient and friendly to get her to warm up to him. The full service bath includes a double bath with shampoo, deshedding, and conditioner, nail trim, and ear clean. It's great to get everything done and clean all at once. They had my dog for about 2 hours, which they conveniently texted me 30mins prior to her being ready so I could pick her up on time. She looks great, her fur super fluffy, and smells amazing! The groomer said she did a great job and only got spooked a bit by the nail dremel, but they gave her food before and after to help her be comfortable. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and the least amount of stress on my dog. Highly Recommend!

For two years, I used this pet groomer for my English bulldog Olive every several weeks. The employees always warmly greeted us and never kept us waiting. Each appointment lasted about one hour, and the employees did a bath, blowdrying, nail-clipping, and ear cleaning. The employees gently handled my shy and nervous dog, and Olive walked into and out of the store happily. After each appointment, Olive's fur felt soft and smelled good. Recently, I began to take my French Bulldog Daisy here for grooming. So far, she has had two appointments. In the first appointment, employees did a Small-breed Bath for $42 plus tax, credit-card fee, and tip. During the second visit, Daisy got the same service, except we also asked for a tooth cleaning, which they said would cost $10. After both appointments, Daisy looked and smelled great, and she seemed to enjoy the attention.

I deducted half of a star from my review because the prices were a little higher than what a competing online retailer charges. Finally, I read on the website about the Pet Supplies Plus Recycling Program: "We accept all flexible plastic pet food, treat and litter bag packaging, from ALL brands, across ALL species, purchased from ANY retailer...Look for specially marked recycling boxes inside your neighborhood Pet Supplies Plus store."
