I remember when you were a great company and honored your lifetime warrantees. Apparently that Culligan is gone - or at least it is for this franchise. As a follow up I spoke on the phone to several people at this franchise and went up the chain of command - each person telling me their supervisor would call me back. No one ever called me back. He did not complete the job and instead found a new leak (?!) and said someone would come to fix it in the morning. When they didn't contact or show up like he said they would, I called the company again. The customer service rep continued to "Uh-huh" me and ultimately said that I should shut the main water off for the house because no one will be coming until Monday. I have young 3 children and a disabled husband; we cannot live without water for 3 days! We called for a routine cleaning/maintenance, were forgotten about, ignored, and then dismissed. There is no situation in which I would ever recommend this company.
