Being in the hospital hasn't kept her from being currently online as I type this. Only book Sandra if you don't mind having a no show with absolutely no notice. She is disgraceful. It's despicable to leave a customer hanging at the very last minute *with no notice* just because you didn't feel like getting on the highway. A pox upon her.

I got a phone call at 9:20 AM from one of the house cleaners saying that they were on their way and the lady I was talking to sounded stoned or drunk. I almost canceled but I really needed my house cleaned. 10:15 AM two girls show up definitely under the influence of something but again I let it slide. they were young.... They only worked on my 2200 square-foot house for two hours and 45 minutes. I was outside waiting and they both came out and said that they were done so I gave them the check and asked if they did the appliances and they said yes. As soon as I walked inside of course I started looking at things and wanting to admire my nice clean house, and I realized nothing got touched! all of the bedroom furniture in the master bedroom is dark wood and still had layers of dust on it. They did the laundry room but skipped the laundry room sink it was filthy they didn't dust anything in the living room/family room they dusted around things they didn't pick anything up and you can tell. My kitchen counters didn't even get touched. There was still food, smudges and crumbs. The kitchen literally did not get touched at all ! I was so disappointed with all of this and I was also told by the owner that they would do the appliances inside and out I remember that because I said oh good I was going to ask to have that done and she said no you don't have to. We automatically do it on the first cleaning. So, 10 minutes after the girls leave, I text the owner pictures and letting her know that I was disappointed. She said the girls felt rushed, and one of the girls had an emergency and I said OK well, I understand but they really didn't do anything! The owner called me back again, and again with excuse, after excuse, and changing stories three times ! They broke a lightbulb in the spare bedroom and threw it away without telling me they left trash behind from their lunch in my kitchen. The entire experience was unbelievable and very disappointing! I don't know how they are still in business. If the girls weren't bad enough, the owner is the worst you do not want to deal with her. She is a headache waiting to happen. Keep looking!!!!

As they were cleaning they even made a remark about our windowsills are all tile. They cleaned them all. Broke a antique piece, of 3 pieces. The girls that cleaned denied it. Also messed up my floor. As you can see.. Now Teresa says she will not replace it. It cost 300.00 to fix. I was asking for 150.00. She says he girls deny everything. So she is not making it right. I am going to have my lawyer call her, if she still refuses to make things right, I have no choice but to sure her...... SHE DOES NOT LIVE UP TO HER WORD. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS WOMAN AT ALL

This was one of the worst services I've ever paid for. I normally pay $200 every two weeks for my…read moreregular cleaning service, but I chose this company because they claimed to specialize in deep post-construction cleaning. I had just remodeled my home and needed dust, wall marks, and floor debris taken care of. What I got for $730 was absolutely unacceptable: * Floors were still dusty. * Inside of cabinet drawers were untouched. * Marks on walls and light switches were ignored. * Even a ceiling mark from new lighting wasn't properly cleaned. To make matters worse, one of the workers was standing on my brand-new countertops in shoes (3 ft high) to reach my 9-ft ceiling because they didn't even bring a ladder or a pole attachment. Completely unprofessional and careless with my property. When I called, I was reasonable -- I even offered to pay $200 (close to what I pay for regular service) since some light cleaning was done. I asked for a partial refund of the difference. They refused and insisted on keeping the full $730. This company does not deliver what it advertises, shows no regard for customer property, and refuses to stand behind its work. Avoid at all costs.

We've never had a cleaning service before, so we weren't totally sure what to expect. It was…read moresupposed to be a little treat for ourselves--but honestly, it went sideways fast. The cleaner said something like, "We'll clean your house, and if we miss anything, we'll just go over it with you at the end." And since we've never done this before, I thought, Cool, maybe if there's something extra, I want done or something small got overlooked, they'll take care of it. But what it really felt like was, "We're gonna do a half-done job and if you happen to catch it, we'll fix it--otherwise, oh well." There were so many things missed. Like yeah, the mirror looked spotless... until I touched the top and it was dusty. Same with the shower--looked great until you ran your finger along the top edge. But it wasn't just high-up stuff. There were bug guts on the wall, dirty handprints at eye level, and dusty baseboards. Just really basic things that shouldn't be skipped. I texted the owner, Jen, and she basically said, "Well, we offered to go over it with you but you refused." And I'm like, yeah--I was already frustrated, and your team clearly didn't know what they were doing if you're the "professional" and I have to point out your mistakes? If I have to walk around pointing out all your mistakes, I might as well have just done it myself. And if I had pointed out everything they missed, they would have been there the whole day. Attached are a few of the basic items that were overlooked. The service agreement feels like an empty promise--they listed a number of tasks that were either not done at all or done poorly. The cleaning team even told me they "spot clean only" and only address areas that look dirty to them. If something doesn't appear dirty, they don't clean it unless specifically asked. One particularly surprising example: the living room TV wasn't cleaned. When I reached out to Jen, she responded that "TV screens are not cleaned as they are sensitive electronics." That's odd, considering all the monitors and TVs upstairs were spotless. Thinking back, I'm actually noticing some issues with a few of my electronics now, so I may need to file a claim.
