It started with a warm welcome from Ashley getting me checked in. I then get taken back and see the hygienist Janet. She was full of wisdom and knowledge and very thorough in her examination communicating every step of the way!! We then made our way to the star of the show, Dr. Mark Brouillette. This man was the most caring doctor I have ever met. This is a man who genuinely wants to help people and isn't in this field for the money like everyone else. He was incredibly honest and beyond fair. So much so that this man literally brought tears to my eyes. He made me feel soooo comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. He not only was going to be able to fix everything, he also showed me the teeth that needed to be fixed in the other places opinion was a complete attempt to rob me, as I didn't know any different. He is one of the few people I healthcare that are in it for the right reason and not money!!! He then went to work on a price with Daniel, who was an absolute dream to work with. Daniel came and let me know and it was a cut in literally half for more work than the other place!!! This place deserves 10 stars and have earned my business for life!!!! I'm so glad that I listened to my instincts and got a second look from Dr. Thomas. The office was super flexible in getting me scheduled during a convenient time, and everyone I interacted with was so courteous and kind. During the exam, I was praying it was nothing because I would have done ANYTHING to avoid a crown! After a closer look, however, Dr. Thomas found that the situation was even worse than a cracked tooth. The 10 year old filling was simply never done well enough to begin with and resulted in underlying problems that caused me pain and cold sensitivity for almost a decade. The way Dr. Thomas put it: "They did a half measure back then, but we will give it a full measure so you don't have trouble with that tooth again." I couldn't believe my last dentist never saw that this was an issue. I'll spare the details on a public forum, but once we went forward with a root canal and crown, all of Dr. Thomas' findings from the initial exam turned out to be correct and the work he did very likely saved my tooth, and saved me from so much more suffering. Now that my crown is in, I have had no sensitivity or pain and I honestly didn't realize how much discomfort I had been in for so long until it was corrected! Even though this office is further from my home, I will be looking to move my whole family to the trusted care of Dr. Thomas + team. You only get one set of permanent teeth -- don't leave it up to half measure effort.

Things are a little messed up, so I need an oral surgeon. I set an appointment to meet up with him. Pain was easily managed by some ibuprofen so I was able to wait 10 days until the oral surgeon was gonna be in. He works between a few different practices. No biggie. I've had dental work done before so I knew what to expect. I was quoted a price upfront. No surprises. Pain-free as possible. Of course it's gonna be a little bit of pain when you get the shots but only for a few seconds. Only issue is the Post-Operative Instruction are a copy of a copy of a copy. Need to type up a new one. And the gauze they give you to take home in case there is bleeding later, not individually wrapped. I know it would cost a little extra but it would be appreciated.

Two weeks ago, I had a wisdom tooth filled, but the condition got worse after the treatment. Because of the pain and concern, I returned to the office. At my follow-up visit, Dr. Lee recommended extracting the tooth. I agreed, but I also pointed out that if extraction was necessary, it should have been addressed during my previous visit instead of putting me through additional time, cost, and discomfort. After I said that, Dr. Lee's attitude completely changed. He made a negative facial expression and then refused to continue any treatment. I was left without care and felt dismissed as a patient. This is not just poor communication -- it is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare provider. Although I ended up receiving treatment from a different dentist at the same office, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not trust Dr. Lee again and would strongly caution others. Patients deserve respect, clear treatment planning, and professionalism. This experience did not meet any of those expectations.

I took my mom in because she wanted to fix her dentures the broke and this doctor was pressing her to get some metal implants and that they would be able to snap into place and they wouldn't budge, they were better than the regular dentures. blah blah blah. He made my mom get the x-rays done, he said she didn't have enough bone that they would try to do it with the smallest implant possible and he said he would schedule her in two weeks to pull out her two last remaining bottom teeth. when the day came he "numbed" her but she was in a lot of pain. She kept telling them she could feel everything! she could feel the scalpel cutting into her gum!! He said we'll I'll just give you more numbing agent. It was honestly a complete mess from there, my mom felt the pulling and turning of her teeth the screws and drills for the new implant and after that my mom was completely purple and blue and swollen for three weeks!!! No medication was given to her not even antibiotic! I even asked him to prescribe her antibiotics as well as pain medication because I am in the medical field and I know when a patient goes in for that type of procedure. You get prescribed pain medication as well as antibiotics to make sure you don't get an infection!! When she finally healed, she went back and told him that she was having extreme pain. He said that it would subside and they were gonna get her impressions done so they can send her to get her dentures. When we finally got the dentures, they were pretty good. They needed to be adjusted here and there which the guy who takes care of the dentures did and that guy did an excellent job but when my mom was using her dentures for a while (2.5 weeks) she kept having pain and discomfort. We went back in multiple times in those 2.5 weeks and the doctor kept putting it off and saying she's fine. I had also called multiple times on her behalf and was just told that she needed to ice and rest and that she needs to heal. Once the swelling went down. My mom still had pain and then we noticed she had blisters near the implant that were red and they were popping. They were with pus and blood!!! We went back in. He told her that was normal. It was just healing on the inside. I had asked him if she needed to use any type of mouthwash that was antiseptic. He turned and told her that she didn't have to brush her teeth at all because she didn't have any teeth of her own, which is a complete lie!! you still have to take care of the dentures! it's common sense, but this doctor said she didn't have to rinse her dentures or wash her mouth! My mom is the most cleanest person I know, she was washing her mouth twice a day and keeping her dentures in cleaning solution at night and brushing them twice a day. I don't know how many times we had gone in and he kept giving us excuses until my mom was finally fed up and decided to ask him for her money back. She paid almost 30 grand for this "job"!! He was livid and said "I did an outstanding job on your teeth and now you want your money back? that is just wrong and very ungrateful!" He was honestly very manipulating to her! He pretty much told my mom "you HAVE to sign this paper that states you cannot sue me for whatever reason and I'll give you a portion of what you paid" We asked multiple times how much of what she paid cash will she get back and they stated "We can't give you that information until you sign the paperwork." My mom was very upset and she gave in and signed. He didn't even bother giving my mom a fourth of what she paid!!! My mom has been suffering since then! We went to another dentist to get another opinion and this new dentist told her that she has a chronic infection due to how the implant was placed! Thank God she's not in the hospital with sepsis right now!! I honestly don't believe he was even certified to do any type of dental job because everything that was in that office was with his wife's name not his! The guy who does the dentures even stopped working for him because of the way his attitude was! Just trying to screw his patients over!
