First time here and will definitely be returning. Went on a Tuesday and their Tuesday special is $3 for any taco on the menu. Great deal! I tried 4 different tacos and they were all good! Great food and great service. The only downside was that whenever anyone opened the door you got a blast of cold air inside. They should do something to correct this. I have seen other places add a covered tent with a first door to enter then the main door. read more

We found Meshico by accident driving back from Chicago to Indiana. The food was wonderful. The staff were amazing. The place isn't fancy but clean, comfortable and welcoming. We lost a pair of my grandson's shoes there, which they found and held onto for us until we came back 3 weeks later. The food and service were every bit as good as we remembered. read more

My son wanted to go to a Mexican restaurant for his birthday. We had a larger group coming so we let them know in advance and when we got there everything was set up for us. The chips and salsa were delicious and the guacamole we ordered was out of this world! The wait for the food was a little long, but the wait staff apologized and brought us some soup while we were waiting. It was worth the wait, because everything we ordered was delicious! I ordered shrimp tacos and they were probably the best shrimp tacos I've ever had! Right now it's BYOB (there is a 7-Eleven around the corner) but they are working on getting their liquor license. They are a small family owned business and you can tell they are working very hard in making something special! Oh and the restaurant itself is pretty tiny, super clean and the decor is adorable. read more

Went there a few days ago and husband ate Fajitas. Within an hour became sick with vomiting and diarrhea. MD said he probably picked up fecal matter while eating. . Needless to say avoiding this place forever. read more

Stop by for 2 sides of rice to go. Was told they are 16 oz containers but were only filled 3/4 of the way. Wouldn't mind it so much if it was flavorful but it was bland. Definitely not worth the price. read more

The service was very good, but some of the food was disappointing. I hope that they can make the food consistently more flavorful. The chicken was particularly bland. One should also note that this is a BYOB establishment. If possible, it would be great for them to get a beer and wine liquor license. read more

The chips and salsa are very tasty. The shredded chicken tacos are one of my favorites. It is very good. The first time we went there, we had shredded chicken nachos, they were excellent, and it was a huge portion. The prices are reasonable, and like most restaurants, charge a 3% fee for credit card purchases. read more

Waited exactly 55 min for food for them to tell me that it's going to be a bit longer since there was an order before us. After waiting this long, we just left! What a waist of time! Didn't even get to try authentic Mexican food near us. Since I've been looking for a good restaurant. They could of at least said that it was going to be a very very long wait. read more

Went there last night with friends. Great seating outside. Waiter was wonderful and exceptionally attentive to our needs. Kept checking with us, but not too much to the point where it bothered us. The food was excellent. The shredded chicken tacos were one of the best I,ve ever had. Added beans and rice which were very good as well. One in our party had a tort a which was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant for all of the reasons stated above. You will not be disappointed! read more
