We arrived after July 4th so avoided all the chaos. The timing of a post holiday visit allowed us to enjoy a quiet and peacefully slow paced stay. We enjoyed the lazy river, animal farm, fishing, bike riding, and nightly s'mores. Unfortunately the tenants I signed with paid very late and eventually didn't pay at all. I reached out to Esmeralda not knowing if she would help us because she didn't place the tenants. Not only did she help us, she immediately stepped in to manage all communication with the tenants going forward and even handled all the details of the eviction process. It's just so difficult to put into words what a relief it is to have her on our side. She is very professional and matter-of-fact and simply doesn't get sucked into what can so often become an emotional situation (I know I was certainly emotional!) The word "blessing" is not one I use lightly but that's the perfect descriptor for Esmeralda and her business. I'm so grateful to have found her and will recommend her to everyone I know!
