Me thinking I got my new 2 tires and my patched tire in the back, I had to drive to Bakersfield to drop my husband off at work when one of the tires blew up! He was supposed to put both tires I had just bought from him in the front and keep the patched tire in the back. Tell me why he didn't do what I asked instead he put the patched tire in the front and didn't give me the second one. I had to spend another $50 for a used tire in Bakersfield. When we confronted him about it he said it wasn't his fault but if he had done the job like I asked him to it wouldn't have happened! If I could give 0 stars I would! This place needs to be shut down!!

We found the tires we needed at Smith & Son Tire after a quick phone call. Unfortunately, being panicked, rushed, and sure lets blame the heat while we're at it - we didn't bring the tire. Argh. We decided to drive all the way back, pick up the tires (we decided to replace both) and back again to have them replace the tires. Putting back our trip 2 hours at this point (a lifetime for kids haha). While pulling out to go pick them up, the man at the front Derrick, stopped us and went and spoke to one of his guys and told us he was going to send his guy out to follow us and replace both tires. Words don't describe how GRATEFUL we were!!! Jose followed us out the full 20 mins and replaced our tires quickly and efficiently :) I didn't even know kind people like this still existed. Thank you again for making what could've been a long stressful situation much quicker and easier than it would've been. You guys are AWESOME :)

The service of the roadside assistance from her insurance company was essentially non-existant and cost over two hours of delay while she sat on the side of the road in 100 degree heat. Gene put us in touch with a towing company and a tire shop, all open on a holiday. And despite the fact that he didn't make a dime off any of this he called me later that night just to make sure my daughter got help and was home safe. I may never have occasion to use Gene's service but if you do, don't hesitate. Thank you Gene, you were a life saver!
