I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. I watched as 3 or 4 cars in the privileged lane move ahead before the first vehicle in my lane got the go-ahead. Then more of them.. and more.. while only 2 cars in my line moved. And you're stuck; there are cars behind you and no way to back up or move around the lines. At one point, I counted 5 member cars get the go-ahead while the car at the front of my lane sat, un-moving, so I went into the member lane and got up to the front immediately, where I was able to exit the premises, and go home without a car wash. Very good automatic wash and then car goes outside to be finished. A bit disappointing that the setup for the interior was outside and the servicers were working off "carts". They were polite and told me there was coffee in the waiting room. I was the ONLY ONE in the waiting room, of course during OFF HOURS. The wash was good and the exterior looked excellent. After I drove away I first notice the interior windshield could have been better and then I noticed spots on the side view mirrors. I am being "picky" but a lot can be said for FIRST impressions....I will go back.
