Our first and last visit. Bowls are $14 and up. I wish I hadn't watched her pour in the small base filling. I'd say about 2/3 cup full. After adding the topping and smashing it down, the cup looks full. It was unfortunate for me but good for her because she put what was left in the blender into a cup for her. I'm unsure if that's how it always is or just because it was close to closing time.

    Vegan Caesar salad

I love all the healthy fresh vegetables and fruit they provide tons of vegan and vegetarian options If I'm not super hungry I like to get there vegan salad has walnuts on avocado and cashews super delicious feels refreshing eating it If I'm starving I'll go for their hearty bowl's which are super filling. I like the lemon tahini and I add extra broccoli and avocado to mine. We went here on a Friday and it was pretty busy had to wait 30 minutes for our food one of the girls was not going in ordernso I was a little bit frustrating compared to our previous times that we've been here everything has gone smoother before This poor family had ordered their food before I even placed mine and they were literally waiting 35 minutes later and they still haven't gotten their food and we were finished there was probably about 10 other people in the restaurant that ordered after this family and they all got their food before them I was getting frustrated. I just think you should do the order as it's paid for. Am I wrong or should we just do the easy orders first!?

Benevolent smoothie (+maple!) and the Strawberry Balsamic signature salad.

I had a hard time deciding between all of their delicious smoothies! Then you can add all kinds of other goodies like collagen or plant proteins. The smoothie probably would have sufficed for lunch but I was EXTRA hungry and can never resist a strawberry balsamic salad. This one was dressed to perfection and had enough ZING for me...and I LOVE zing!!!!! Check them out. You will feel good about what you eat and your mouth will be happy with all the delicious organic flavors!

The juices are just my favorite. Lunch: Quinoa Power Bowl with lemon tahini dressing.

Love method with my soul. This place has been so needed in this area. We needed the healthy food spots. The nourish your soul spots. I will be posting pictures here often. Stay tuned. Favorites: Quinoa Bowl with tahini dressing and that you have soooooo many options.

    Pitaya w collagen smoothie

Went in after a good gym session, got the pitaya w/ collagen smoothie and the Gf Pb banana toast. Not gonna lie when I took my first sip of the smoothie I was relieved cause I knew I'd isn't waste my money, it was great full of flavor and the collagen made it more enjoyable. The Pb banana toast also took me by surprise, i very much enjoyed it as well. I feel that customer service could have been better, and it's definitely not a quick in and out. I'll definitely be coming back to try some more items :)

Heaty Bowl with umami sauce, add garbanzo beans! Amazing!
    Elizabeth B.

My sister and I drove across town to eat dinner here after experiencing the downtown Method location that morning...yes that morning! If this place franchises it would be super tempting to open on here in Vegas because its that amazing!!! We opted for bowls. I ordered the Heathy Bowl but I added garbanzo and chose umami sauce as my dressing. Basically that one has the lowest oil content (possibly no oil content). I'm kinda speechless over the umami sauce, I have been making different ones at home now and the flavor is obsess worthy. If in the area again I will go back a million times. Until then...just have to dream about this place!

Bought 3 acai bowls. Each were very tasty. The employees were nice and helpful to customize our bowls. There are a lot of vegan and paleo options. Only con- it is pricey.

    Always a family favorite!

The biggest issue right away was how long the food took. It felt like we were waiting forever, and by the time it finally came out, it definitely didn't feel worth it. We started with the pretzel, which honestly was nothing like a pretzel. It tasted more like glorified fried dough and didn't have that classic pretzel texture or flavor at all. For drinks, mine was way too strong and just didn't taste good. It wasn't balanced at all and ended up being hard to even enjoy. For my main, I ordered the Cascadia burger medium, but it came out clearly well done and overcooked. On top of that, the egg on it was severely undercooked.. some of the whites were still clear and slimy, which completely ruined it for me. I had also heard good things about the mac and cheese, so I gave it a try, but that was another disappointment. It was bland and runny, and even after adding salt and pepper, it still had no real flavor. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich, which wasn't terrible, but it was definitely on the dry side. They were also out of fries, so he had to get fruit instead, which was kind of disappointing. Overall, the food took way too long, the quality didn't match the price, and the experience just didn't live up to the hype at all. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Her warmth was genuine, her recommendations were spot-on, and she had an incredible ability to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Lily checked in at just the right moments -- never intrusive, never absent. She remembered details from earlier in the conversation, kept the energy upbeat, and handled a small mix-up with our order with total grace and a smile. That kind of poise is rare. If you're lucky enough to be seated in Lily's section, you're in for a treat. She's the kind of server who turns a good meal into a genuinely memorable experience. We'll absolutely be back, and we'll be asking for her by name!

We had a group of eight and there was a lot of "not ready yet" which the staff handled with ease. Food came out quickly but mostly all at the same time. We had a few items that came out later but it was reasonable and expected. Ambiance is very nice, simple but elegant. You would feel comfortable coming in dressed up or casual. Let's get to the nitty gritty, the food quality was very good, taste was a knock out. The pasta and sauce was good enough that I was looking for specific tastes so I could recreate it, that's what I hope for in a restaurant! And there was fresh bread, oh how I could wax poetic about fresh bread and so few restaurants are on this very simple add. Dessert - I'm always hypercritical of crème brûle because like bread it's pretty simple ingredients but takes some care, Muzuna's nailed it. All in all you should stop in for dinner and you won't be disappointed!

Food-"I only waited 5 minutes" for my meal! "It was already prepared"! And it showed. The owner suggested the pork bellies as apposed to the plain pork, because he said they have more flavor. The meat had very little flavor!, and the meat was tuff. It was stale. The sauce over powered the flavor of the meat. Lots and lots of sauce!! I'm sorry to be so blunt but, the kimchi was bad. There were 4 or 5 kinds. I've had good Korean food in California. -Not trying to be a snob-, but jeeez. You expect kimchi to be spicy...some flavor, at the very least. You call what I ate Bulgogi! I didn't know they made it with pork. So I tried it; mistake. I could have had a feast a Taco Bell for that price lol. Didn't give one star because the guy was really nice. I had to give this review "to be honest". You guys are a business. Each customer should be just important as the next. I may have gotten a bad meal. Maybe not all are like that. But I'm saying, you can't expect to serve "ready made meals" that have allegedly been sitting for hours in the pot. Then expect your customers to pay full price. When I pay restaurant prices, I expect for a restaurant to cook up the meal, not to be a fast food experience. I paid almost $25 for that meal and it was no more than a fast food entrée. And it was stale.

Not only is Izzy's a gluten free cafe, the food is next level. Inventive, fresh, flavorful and a blend of traditional favorites with modern twists. I was torn between the shrimp and grits and the Virginia Benedict. The fried Green tomatoes instead of a traditional English muffin sounded too delicious to pass up. It was perfectly portioned, seasoned and balanced. Beautifully poached egg topped with micro greens and tangy pickled white onions nestled between delicious fried Green tomatoes and blackened shrimp. Creamy, velvety hollendaise brought everything together. My partner had a delicious omelet with Idaho potatoes Oh, lavender mimosas with edible flowers were a nice touch too. Only 44 seats including a small counter, so reservations are recommend. But there is great shopping in the area if you have a wait like we did. This is a must try whether you're gluten free or not. I'll be back for those grits!
